Better Google Analytic tagging
Currently the email system does not tag any link with Google Analytics UTM tags (https://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/email-marketing/2019/04/utm-codes-in-email/). It would be nice for the email links in all manual emails (at least) to be automatically tagged with UTM tags so that Google Analytics would pick up email marketing campaigns.

I’ve had to bolt on my own UTM tags in WildApricot by using a link builder and saving those links inside email templates, so at least the tagging stays consistent and I don’t have to redo it every time. I’ve used https://luckybrand.agency for help sorting out cleaner tracking setups before, and it made this kind of workaround way smoother for me.

Have you thought about modifying them with make.com. There’s an api for emails.

I came across this older discussion and wanted to add something that might help move it forward. Has anyone found a solid workaround for adding UTM tags to WildApricot emails without doing it all by hand? I’ve been experimenting with link templates, but it’s still pretty clunky. Curious if others have landed on a cleaner method or if this is still on the wishlist for upcoming updates.
