Admin Privileges Report
I know that when editing a single page, that the version history shows who edited the page. However, it will only show who has actually edited the page, not the list of all those who have access to do so. It would be helpful to have an admin report that shows who has access to each page. Otherwise, you have to remember to keep a separate list somewhere of who has been given editing privileges. Adding new people is easy, but remembering to remove the ones that need to be removed is much harder :)

Automated Reports (saved searches)
Automated reports. I'd like to be able to have WA automatically run the same report (or saved search) on the first day of the month. Relying upon a single person (or multiple people) isn't working because the 1st of the month isn't always a work day. We use reports to compare all kinds of things and this would be VERY helpful.

Custom Standard Report/Attendance List
Our Agency needs to be able to run a report/ attendance list for each of our events. The report/ list needs the first and last name of the participant, what lunch option they have chosen, and a space for a signature. The report title will need the name and date of the event. Right now we export and then have to make many adjustments to the report before it is ready. Interface with Zelle and other such payment systems, so they are reflected in our Income reports.
I have no idea how WA would do this (nor why WA would want to, now that you offer your own card processing system), but it would be helpful, at least as the WA financial reporting system goes. This year, our organization began encouraging Registrants to pay via Zelle, which charges neither party a processing fee. The difference is thousands of dollars in our bank account (paying for our WA account ;-) . Autogenerate and email Income Reports
It would be great to have autogenerated reports that are emailed to admin users adn that we can set on a recurring basis. Please, please do this!! Our volunteers won't remember to go in every month to run the report. thanks!

Report that displays the sum of recurring membership - quantity and dollar value.
I need an easy report to view the sum of my recurring membership payments. Is there a way to set up this function. I know how to search the member list by recurring payments, then I export the list, add the dollar value for each member level and then sum those cells for a total, but need to create an 'easy' button for this.

Provide standard participation reports, and reports on other useful data
WA provides a nice financial report. It's not all that accurate, since it doesn't account for cash and other non-card payments, nor for events that do not require payments. It's a start, at least for recognizing a trend.
But no such reporting for membership and non-member activity? WA specializes in member organizations!
I've tried using Contacts and Members advanced reporting, but the fields, operators, date ranges, and such just aren't there, or aren't flexible enough to report such important data as:
How many members attended events last year vs. this year?

Reports by Tags
It would be so very helpful to run reports using tags. i.e. tag: 2 hour workshop (assign to event), run report on 2 hour workshops. I could then export into excel and import into my financial system.

Need ability to sort events by date in financial reports
Right now, the events are listed in random order in financial reports. We need to add more info that's not included in the report, which is difficult when there is no order to the list. Even adding the event date as a column in the report would help so that we could sort the list ourselves.

A quick way to tally event registrants from previous years
Would be great if the system would offer a quick way to tally event registrants from previous year. As it s now the only way is: The most accurate way to find this number would be to go to Events > Event list, export your registrants to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the green Export registrants button, and then perform further filtering within Excel. For example, you could narrow down your list to only show registrants who signed up for events with a "Start date" in 2016. Since each row would be a registrant, it would be easy to quickly…

be able to include the "date last paid" field within the membership reports.
for our financial audit, our auditors would like to see the "Date last paid" for each active member so they can test membership paid per fiscal year against money received per fiscal year.

Event Registration Fields report should have totals and not require multiplication
In the current setup of the Event Registration fields report, it is made unnecessarily complex by breaking out groups of people who bought various quantities. For example we had a lunch option that uses the "extra charge" calculation field, to allow them to purchase 1 or more lunches and the cost would total appropriately. In the report, it breaks out 3 people bought 1 lunch vs. 4 people bought 2 lunches, etc. So instead of knowing the total of lunches I need to provide, I have to multiply and add everything up. I don't care if people bought two lunches…

Membership Report Table
The table currently provided for the Membership Report does not include the counts for each time period (day, week, month) for the full report. For example the table for the past 3 months with time period month, only provides the beginning and end count, not all three monthly counts. This information is in the charts, but not in the table.

I need to be able to generate a report which gives me the TOTAL amount received from a SINGLE member, including donations and receipts from invoices. The only reports I can find only sort by category. The reason is that we are a 501c3 and all contributions are considered to be donations, even those which are payments for membership fees. It would be great if I could see how much every member has paid on the member page, but that page only shows total DONATIONS. I would like to be able to run a list of event attendees who have paid for registration and/or additional fees during registration. Not just that they have paid a certain amount.

Searching by and reporting on invoiced/paid by area by person
I would like to be able to search by the amount a person has paid money to the organization, across the board: membership, event, donation, etc. Right now I can do it only by choosing membership and/or donation, but don't see how I can capture event payment info in the search criteria.
