MULT
Our dragon boat club has members signing up for paddling sessions. The current process is cumbersome when trying to sign up for multiple sessions. Each session requires returning to the calendar and a new selection is then made. Being able to select multiple sessions at one time would be ideal.

add contacts or lapsed members to a member directory
I would like to make a directory of just our contacts. These are the vendors/sponsors that we would like our members to reach out to and invite to our events, hit up for money, etc. But right now we can only have a member directory of members.
I would also like to be able to add lapsed members to the member directory. We have a regional and national network so not all the regional members pay the fee to be in the national network. However, I still want these lapsed members or contacts to show up in our regional member…

Online To Do List for Administrators
Hi, love your software. I have several sites and am getting a number of other administrators to help me out.
I find that I have to keep a list of what I want to teach them, what I want them to learn about or what I need to them to catch up on. Essentially an in-app communication page, like a giant To Do list.

Memory count Word count on emails

Include Deleted Registrants in Announcement e-Mail
Announcements should be sent out according to the current registration status, instead of "to people not yet registered". This text should correspondingly be changed to "to people not currently registered". Consider the situation where the date/time of an event is changed. Those who registered may no longer be able to attend. The obvious solution would be to delete the previous registrations, in order to send a new announcement to the entire target group. Regular Weekly Events
:Regular Weekly Events It is SO TEDIOUS AND TIME-CONSUMING to have to duplicate and edit each one in order to avoid the mammoth list of sessions appearing on the event details. Also to allow for people when they are here. n a retired community we can't have a blanket registration for all events - people go on holidya and forget to cancel out those weeks. Plus the list of say 52 sessions takes up too much real estate. Pretty please, an option to schedule regular weekly events individually for xxx weeks ahead (say 26?)

Add cancel registration macro to event reminders
It would be nice to feature a "cancel registration" macro/button option. That way when we send out reminders, those who can no longer attend can cancel.

Insert link to news item in email
When composing an email it is easy to insert a link to an event - just click on the Link icon and choose from a list of existing events. It would be helpful if you could also choose from a list of news items.

Repeating Events - I wish they did not show ALL sessions on the event window, but just schedule them in once/week or moth (as approapriate) as an individual event.

Event - delete withut having to open it
I wish the Event List could also be shown as by what's coming up next, rather than the furthest out and backwards. We are a community with a busy daily calendar, and it's a pain to have to scroll down all the way to the bottom (and even go to the box for the next nn-nnn) to check where we are with our schedules / events/ etc -- especially with repeating events

Add Macro for subscription location

Allow administrator to set forum subscription option for a whole class of members but allow those members to opt out if they wish.
Right now the default option for forums requires all member categories to subscribe to the forums they are interested in. We believe that the administrator should have the ability to set the default of a member category to subscribe and each member in that category would then have the option of unsubscribing from the forum or topic if they wish.

Create contact/member record from group
It would be nice to be able to create a contact / member from the group, so that all the group details would already be part of the new contact's record.

Bundling event bookings
I'd like a facility in Wild Apricot that allows for a person to book event tickets in a bundle - eg, 3 tickets for non-members, 1 ticket for members, then just pay the one payment, not multiple payments. Is that possible?
