email alias
Need to be able to have email alias. i.e. president@organization.org that will forward an email to a particular member (i.e. me@gmail.com) or group of members i.e. executiveboard@organization.org that will forward to a group of members.

Allow an automated email to waitlisted people
There is no way to email only the waitlisted people. We can email registered people in several ways using filters. But we can't email just the waitlisted people. We would like to have both a manual method (with a green button on top) AND an automated way such as when we set up Reminders to registered people.
Our purpose is to remind waitlisted people they are on the list and to ask them to let us know if they are no longer interested. That way we can get to actually interested and available people more quickly when there are cancellations.

Code for Documents
It would be nice if you could add a code to certain documents that only individuals with that code could access. Seems like this might be fairly easy to do relative to what is set up on the accounting program for member/non-members payments, etc.

Dues Bi-weekly
Our dues are paid by payroll deduction from members biweekly paychecks'. The employer sends one check with list of people who payed dues. Need a way to track these payments.

Waitlist Number on Event List Summary Page

Add Public-coming soon Access Level with link to default coming soon page
Add a "Public - coming soon" option to access level for pages. Currently we use admin only when building pages or for pages that are only turned on for part of the year.
Additionally make it so any links to those while still in "Public - coming soon" showed a default coming soon page that could be configured rather than the default 404 page. This could work using the admin only option currently available as well but it makes it much more clear to distinguish between a true admin only page and a public page that just isn't ready to…

Allow members to create more attractive blog posts (newsletters or stories) and include images into content.

Linking spouses
Husband/wife are both members but share 1 email. When blast is sent to only men or only women it may not be received by the appropriate person. Affected members resistant to setting up 2nd email as a work around. Can they be linked and both copied if a shared email address is identified or flagged.

Member App - Allow Filtering of My Tickets
The website allows filtering of My Tickets for Upcoming and Past Events. We would like this function on the Member App. It would be idea to also be able to filter to show only Upcoming Confirm or Upcoming Waitlist.

Identification cards
Most clubs have membership id's badges that are integrated into access to their facilities. I would be great to be able to use the wild apricot data base and software the manage badges and membership access to buildings.
I am wondering if you have this option or do you partner with a company that does this.

Event Deletion Protections
URGENT: Add additional protections for deleting events.
Problem: If a past event is deleted - particularly a large event with many attendees and payments - it is catastrophic since there is no option to restore an event and all of it's related invoices.
The Duplicate button and the Delete button both lie under the Edit menu and are easily confused.
Solution 1: INADEQUATE - Move the Duplicate and Delete buttons to different menus
Solution 2: ADEQUATE - Create a BIG RED warning when deleting a past event with a second "are you really sure you want to delete this event?"…

Easier way to add guest names to a main registration
Be able to enter guest names tied to a registration from the main registration page, without having to open the main registration, click on the blank guest, save, and go back to main registration

Membership card for Lifetime Members
Our organization has just set up a membership card template and I see it as being very useful for members to print their own card if they wish. We have several memberships levels, and for each the card will include the statement that says "Valid until ___", this works for those that renew their membership yearly, but not for those that have a lifetime membership. For them it says "Valid until never"". I have gone into Settings and then into Levels, and when the renewal is set to Never, I cannot go in and put in a date 100 years…

Event Forums (member app)
When creating an event, also create a temporary forum that participants are automatically subscribed to. The forum would be shown in the member app and they can post questions about their event right on the member app. (Similar post regarding forums being available on the app already exists). This request would tie in with that one. The new event forum would behave similar to description button in the app, but would open a conversation page where the participant or event leader or admin can post comments.

Audit trail for Website activity of Admins
Have an audit log to track what Admins are deleting or changing on the website. Would be useful with unlimited Admins being allowed on the website. With more admins it would be easier to track what is happening with the website.

show registration on event list change default to "show"
Currently the default for showing a participant on the waitlist is set to Not Show them. We can change it in the Event details page for each event. But it still won't show waitlisted people who are moved over to the registration list unless we manually uncheck those individual people while they are on the waitlist (or after if we miss that). This is more important now that the new automatic transfer from waitlist to registered is implemented. Love not having the manual work to transfer waitlisted people over, but we still have manual work to make them show. This…

Complete Offline Event Management -Start to Finish
We run an event weekly in the middle of a forest with about 40-60 attendees, no internet signal is available, wifi or 3/4/5G. As a result, we can't use the event management tool for these events. Attendees expect to be able to turn up and register, so pre-registration is not a workable solution.
The desired solution; I believe that via the app, we should be able to cache our organization's database with existing members/contacts and capture new guests as they turn up. Once the connection is re-established, the captured data: registrations and check-ins are uploaded?
