Additional Events Lists
Create two Event Lists for us as Gadgets - one that can be pulled into the Events page and one that can be pulled into the Volunteer Opportunities page. They have different content and require two separate Event Gadgets

total donations between dates
Hi,
I am needing to create end of financial year receipts for members & donors, I see there is a field that lists total donated, however that will be a lifetime total.
Can an advanced query system be introduced to list donors that donated between certain dates, and the total amount of donations they provided between those given dates? i.e. (1 July and 30 June)?

You can now filter and report on donations by daterange, as well as using any dropdown or radio button field. -
Suspend Expired Memberships instead of Archive
Option to set expired memberships to "suspend" instead of "archive" if membership is not renewed in a specific time frame.

Waitlist collects full registration form data
Since waitlist registrants collect only name, when a spot opens up and they are manually registered, there is no simple way to have them fill out the form. Collecting full form data when signing up would solve this, and might have the effect of deterring those who are not really interested enough to attend.

Add to contact bundle screen. It is difficult to find the specific bundle administrator where there is a long list of names. Could you display the list of bundle administrators in alpha order by first name? Thank you!

When a member is automatically archived for non-payment of dues that member should not be able to re-activate their membership by logging in with their email/password. Or, at least from the global level the organization should be able to choose whether this is acceptable or not. Right now, we will have to check all archived members and individually remove their email to prevent this!

If the member was Suspended and then Archived it will be not restored with Lapsed membership status.More information about release -

Gmail
In June, Gmail updated their DMARC policy to p=reject, which means that any mail sent through a third party with a Gmail "from" address will be rejected (bounced) by most receiving domains.
While this is being done in an effort to stop spammers from spoofing email addresses, it has the unfortunate side-effect of getting in the way of totally legitimate senders like us. How will this affect our emails, but bulk and individual, thru Wild Apricot?

Can you give the email blast preview the option to view it in a mobile version? The email doesn't look the same as a full view using Gmail

1 voteWhen you compose email blast and click on Preview & Send button, there are 3 preview modes you can use:
Preview for: Mobile (300 px) | Mobile and desktop (600 px) | Desktop (900 px)

Application Initiation Email Sent Optionally on Manual Application Entry
We enter new member applications by hand from a paper application with payment attached, and immediately give the member an account with "Pending - New" status until the Board approves them.
Currently the application initiation email is only sent out when an application is completed online.
We would like the option to send out an application initiation email when we manually add the member.
I believe the "Send notification" option in events already works this way.

Add an API endpoint for creating new events programmatically
Please add a public REST API end point for creating events. This will allow customers to integrate their WildApricot calendars with the plethora of other calendars and scheduling systems that are used on a daily basis.

Remove "Including guests" from the event registrant list
Remove the wording "Including guests" from the list when the member selects registrants for an event.
We do not allow guests and it is very confusing to our members!

Monthly fee
Membership fees have been setup on the first of every month, but it shows that there are no recurring payments, which is very confusing.
Is there a way to take the words "No recurring payments" off the membership application form?

Supples invoice
It would be great to be able to invoice members for supplies they have received like handbooks and materials that are separate from membership fees. Also a way they can pay them online (ie Paypal) or the admin can mark them as paid if cash was used.

Change Payments report Export file to include what the payment is for
Make a quick fix to this Excel download report:
The displayed report at Finances - Payments & refunds - displays what the payment is for but the export file does not contain the field containing what the payment is for. It only shows the word "Payment" which is unneeded. PLEASE CORRECT THIS ASAP!See attached:

– Invoice origin details, e.g. Event name & Registration type for events and Level name for membership invoices

You should make the Featured Member gadget into a widget that can be placed into another site.

Put Save and Cancel Buttons at Top
When a member edits their profile, the Save and Cancel buttons are at the bottom. If the profile is long, as ours is, they can change a few items at the top but then they don't see how to save it.
These buttons should be at the top of the page, or at both the top and bottom.
The same thing should be done on other forms with Save and Cancel at the bottom, unless it's a form that we want the member to go all the way through (like event registration).
I know this is a little thing and…

Membership approval on mobile app
At least on Android, it is not currently possible to approve pending memberships on the mobile app as it is done online.
The only option is to edit the pending member's status, but this does not generate an approval email or even create an expiration date for the membership.
Please add the approval feature to your mobile app, or make it possible to approve members by editing their membership status.
