Add export in Excel XLS format and/or CSV
Current behavior:

Prioritize Test Emails Ahead of "Final" Email Blasts
From time to time, there are delays in receiving emails sent through Wild Apricot. In a perfect world, this would not happen but it is understandable as there will be times of high volume.
If, however, test emails were prioritized higher than "final" email blasts, we could review emails and get them sent and move on to another task knowing that this task was complete (even though members may be waiting to receive it).
As it is, the administrator must wait as long (it seems) as an email blast for each test to come through before making additional edits or…

Event end date calendar should start from start date
Once you enter a start date for an event the calendar for the end date should start on the same date. This would reduce scrolling through the better part of a year when entering dates in Nov and Dec.

Waitlist enable / disable status is not clear for registration types
Wait list granularity is great.
However, it would be nice if the user interface made things clear. Because right now, they're not. UI tweaks can solve a world of headaches.

Provide option to turn off Stripe email receipts
We're using Stripe for payments. When a member pays, they get two redundant email receipts, one from Wild Apricot and another from Stripe. I would like you to provide an option to disable the Stripe email receipts, because 1) they are redundant and noisy, 2) they can't be customized like WA email receipts, and 3) they can't be turned off from with Stripe.
I've not tested any of the other payment systems, but I think it would be good to provide this option, in general, so all of the email confirmations can be controlled from with Wild Apricot.
12 votesWe won’t force sending payment receipts anymore starting from 5.12.2 release. You can control this yourself in Stripe notifcation preferences or use WA payment receipt instead.

Add a linkable button gadget
A linkable button as a gadget would be very helpful. It is difficult figuring out the html code to embed if you are not already fluent in code. I would honestly put buttons all over my site.

Alternate payment options for members
I am using PayPal for membership dues payments. Some of my members
object to using PayPal online and want to send check or call in with a
card. I am forced to do one or the other but it is a pain when I have to
go outside the system for a payment. In my store I am able to set up an
alternate payment system that remains in my cart and allows the customer
to select • credit card payment and the next page only shows spaces for

As far as I understand, this will solve your problem – while internally either payment will still be processed via PayPal. -
Photo albums. Next and prev. scrolling through large images
Photo albums. Next and prev. scrolling through large images. Is there a way to have the album scroll through the large images without displaying the whole page? Currently, if there is any text at the top, in a context gadget above the album next and prev scrolling causes the window to jump so that the text needs to be displayed again. This causes the next and prev scrolling to jump and requires scrolling down (again and again).

Non-attendance button
We run a very particular club with strict membership requirements. Due to the nature of our club and restrictions placed upon us by contractual arrangements, we require our members to tell us if they are not coming to events, so we can plan, cater and capture costs accordingly.
At the moment we are trying to achieve this via a non-attendance forum, which our members hate. A 'non-attendance' button (or non-attendance registration that does not generate an invoice) would be fantastic!

Adding recurring events (events with sessions) into my calendar
Event detail view has a serious flaw. When using the "Add to my calendar" for recurring events. Either outlook, or your web module does not work. 2 hour individual events recurring on each wednesday of the week over a period of several months, now show up as events that are no longer on individual days but are spread into a continuous event of several months. Suggest you remove the "Add to my calendar" option.

Easy test of email's links before sending blast
Easy way (or automatic) to test an email's links before sending. And when the link is to an event, indicate what event it currently links to. When I look at the link code, I see an event number. When I look at Edit Link, I see a list of events, the one corresponding to that number is NOT highlighted. So I choose the correct event again, just in case. That's a loop. Not show member level on member registration
When a user is registering as a member:
• Hide fees
• Hide subscription period
• Hide recurring paymentsThese should all be options. When you have a volunteer organization, each of these is off-putting. We need to be able to imagine these elements, however volunteers are put-off that there might be payments or that they might expire as a volunteer. Please create options to hide these.

- create a web page add a “Membership application” gadget there
- in gadget settings, choose only this levelWhen you do so, the application form won’t show any price or period of time.

Filter admin Event list
Current list of events shown for an administrator is very long. It's not a big problem for organization with a few events, but when there are 1000+ of them, it's hard to navigate and search for the one you need. We've received a number of complains about this and decided to create a wishlist suggestion on behalf of all these requests.

Duplicate pages in "pages not in menu"
Hi, here is another random thing. Please don't hate me (it's OK if you hate me =D I understand).
For "menu pages" you have a very easy way to duplicate the page and this is extremely convenient and useful. However I just noticed you cannot do this for "pages not in menu." It would be convenient to be able to do the same thing with ALL pages.

Event invoice macro for event confirmation email
I wish we had a macro code for event invoice number that we can include in the event confirmation.
We want to make the event confirmation email an email ticket and all looks good except for having no ticket/invoice number.
We have a macro for the url of the invoice details so providing a macro for the invoice number is not a big ask. See screen shot attached:

add mc_fee to payment allocations API
I see that Wild Apricot logs the transaction fee that Paypal charges - it shows up in the Audit log for a payment as "mcfee". I need this field to be available via API so I can accurately allocate transactions in our accounting system. Can you please add the mcfee field to the Payment Allocations v2 API call?

I am surprised that you spent so much time on changing the interface for emails. This was unexpected. I understood and accepted the fact the fact that you had to invest time and money into the architecture of this product to be able to provide features to your customers at a higher quality and a faster time to market. I would like to understand how this area was chosen to be redesigned over all of the other items on our wish list? This area only impacts the administrators of the system. Let me start from appreciating your feedback – it takes time to write down comments and I value it a lot.
I also share your frustration about “Not sure why you are asking for feedback and preferences from your customers” – I can see that you’ve been using our Wishlist forum a lot, voted for a number of ideas. You’ve spent time on it, and you want to see some results back from us. Not seeing good enough progress creates an impression that we’re doing nothing and basically are lying that we want to hear our customers. I can totally understand this and as I said, I do share your frustration about this.
Having said this, let me share some internal details that may clarify our position – or may not :)

User ID field: Give Option to be Admin Access Only
Currently, members see the Wild Apricot assigned User ID in their profile. I understand why it's important for the database, but showing it to the members is confusing for them, especially for organizations whose members already have a different type of ID #. First Name is a system field too, but it has the option "For administrator access only." Please add this option to User ID. Currently the only way to hide it is using CSS to set the display to none, but I cannot target the row for User ID in the Privacy area where members determine what to…
