  1. Better Visibility for Registration Limits by Registration Type

If there is an overall limit on registration, the available count appears on the event listing page.

But if registration is limited in each registration type, that is mostly invisible to registrants and the process becomes confusing.

o The number of open spaces in each registration type is not shown on the event page. It's only seen after the person starts to register.
o The event page doesn't show that a type is sold out.
o Sold out types don't show during registration, unless the person notices that it's not in the list.
o If only one type is still…

  2. Waiver review within app

Within the member app for event registration, the custom 'rules and terms' field doesn't allow members to click on/read the document (such as a waiver) before accepting terms. If members want to read the rules and terms, they are required to go to a web browser and login. The app should allow for a way that registrants can review the terms without having to go to leave the app.

  3. Improve useability

Registration for Events. I get countless emails saying 'how do I register'. The answer is click on 'Register' BUT this 'button' is lower case, has low visibility compared with the texts above it, see attached screen shot. Simple remedy: make Register BOLD and put a box round so it looks like an actual button.

  4. Show {Event Extra_Info} on app and web for logged in members that have registered for the event.

The {Event Extra_Info} field is shown on confirmation emails. This field can be used to contain useful/important information to attend the event that is not shown to the public (door codes, ZOOM links etc..). The information in this field should be shown on the the web and on the app for logged in members that have registered for the event, it is currently not. This makes it difficult for members to access the information they need in order to attend an event.

  5. Mutually exclusive events for events on different days

Let's say one group meets on Tuesdays; the other group meets on Fridays. Can I make it so that if a person registers for the group on one of the days they can't then register for the group that meets on the other day.

  6. Multi-Type Registration

I'm finding registrations a tad difficult when I need to offer different prices for child vs adult ticket prices while still being able to take a guest count. We have been creating the child ticket prices under custom fields, but it doesn't count towards the total guest count and I am having to go back and check we don't go over our limits.

  7. Flexibility for Reoccurring Events

Flexible options for reoccurring events and organization schedule for the calendar.

Recurring events could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annually. The flexibility to have the event posted reoccurring based on options similar to Google Calendar would be a great benefit.

  8. Wild Apricot Deleting payment record when cancelling paid event registration

I noticed if I cancel a registration for a attendee and they have actually paid money that needs to be refunded, your system automatically deletes the payment record instead of leaving it there to be refunded in Wild Apricot. this is a major problem, that a transaction record is removed from the system. I do see that the existance of that payment record is in the auto trail, but having your software automatically delete that record is a major accounting flaw you should look into. You should simply level the payment record and allow the actual refund to be documented.…

  9. It would be great to have the ability to limit registration for an event to particular categories of member.

It would be great to have the ability to limit registration for an event to particular categories of member. This is NOT the registration type, but a separate screen based on member profile.

  10. Admin only event registration fields

I'd like to be able to add registration fields to events that are only accessible by Admins. For example, my event has different registration types for different age groups. Each group will have a unique URL for the online meeting. I don't want to publish that URL during the registration process, but I do want to email the right link to the registrants in a reminder.

  12. "Other" option with chance to fill in what "Other" means

I would love "Other:__________" option for registration of events or even within the membership area. I like to ask the question of "Where did you learn about this opportunity?" to improve our marketing. Rather than only listing: website, social media, presenter, etc. I love having "Other:_________" and a chance for that person to explain what "Other" means to them. Perhaps it could be an add-on for the multiple choice?

  14. Ability to move or remove 'Add to calendar' feature from Event Details page

It seems that no matter how many times we tell them that they need to click the 'register' button, we have members click the 'Add to calendar' button on the Event Details page every event we run, thinking that this registers them for the event. Could we please have the ability to either move this feature to a different page (most appropriately once they have registered for events) or alternatively remove it completely?

  15. Change registrant visibility when moving from waitlist to registrants

Waitlist: When an event is full and a member puts themselves on the waiting list, the flag for 'Share registration: Show registration on event registrants list' defaults to NO. So when the person on the waitlist is moved to the registrants list, the person still shows up as 'anonymous user'. Please change this flag so that when someone is added to the waitlist, it clicks yes to 'Show registration on event registants list'.

  16. RSVP Links - take user right to the event

When we send out an event announcement, allow the link to automatically take the user to the rsvp (like invoices) or at least take them there after logging in. Right now users have to log-in and then get routed to the default member page.

  17. Omit payment information on waitlist registration screens

It would be very helpful if the registration for the waiting list had the option for omitting or altering the payment information that shows up in the registrations screens. These screens are confusing to folks since they would not pay their fee unless they were called upon to fill a vacant spot in the class itself.

  18. Cancellation emails need to send automatically

The email settings under "Event Registration Canceled" says "Sent when registration is canceled by the registrant, by an admin, or automatically" but the email does not send to the registrant when their registration is cancelled by the admin. I find this misleading as it looks like an email should be sent as soon as it is cancelled regardless, not by having the admin need to click send a notification. Also there is no prompt indicating that the admin needs to do so when cancelling.

  20. Cancel event registration Immediately if payment has not been made

when registrants register for an event and they have not completed the payment after the invoice has been generated; please have a setting where the system cancels their registration and voids their invoice, immediately
