How are you going to use QR codes on membership cards? Do you expect some additional functionality in WA, which will be able to read and process these codes?

For a workaround, we have tried QR Codes in place of the member's Avatar. This may work for small organizations but it's not very efficient.
We used a QR Code Generator and saved codes as images. Then added to a few profiles.A built in feature or a barcode font added to WA would be very helpful.

We are happy to announce that a new Text notification service is now available for you, our early adopter group. Check out the new Apps menu in your WildApricot account!
If you don’t see the new Apps page in the main menu, you may 1. be outside of US / Canada, 2. don’t have the paid subscription, or 3. have multiple accounts we don’t know about.
If you want to explore a new Text notification service, contact our support team to enable the new functionality in your Wild Apricot account.
The setup process is easy, and as always, our team has prepared detailed help articles to address all of your questions.
We can’t wait to share these new tools with you and look forward to hearing your feedback.

All the SMS services we have found, charge a fee. A few $$ a month may not be much for some organizations, but we struggle with our budget.
A way around it was the use of Whatsapp.
We created a Group and locked down the option to Send Messages by members. Only selected Admins can send messages to the group.
In the app, you can create an Invite Link. Either https:// or QR Code.
We decided to publish the QR Code in our News Letter for members who want to be contacted.Hope it helps some of you.

I also need this feature. Would be great if you could register multiple bundle members at one rate and add Guests at different rate. All on one order.
My workaround, create a Registration type at $0.
Then add a "Extra Charge Calculation" field with the membership price at $20 and another with the guest price at $25 plus Kids field at $10.At the end of it all, the calculation is made and correct funds are collected.
The down side, we can't limit the number of registrants as calculated fields don't count towards attendees.

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and you members can subscribe to it.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2276-copy-wild-apricot-events-into-google-calendar

Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.

We charge tax on Membership Fees (levels) but we don't charge tax on extra items a member may need. (parking permit, boat permit).
It would be great to be able to edit extra charges.Sebastian Ostolaza supported this idea ·
Any progress on this?
