Admin with Read-only access to membership data only
From clients survey "Allow us to grant read-only access to only the membership data. This would allow certain chairpersons search for current members without being able to edit/change it, and without being able to see anything else, like financials, donations, etc."

I would like to be able to give someone READ ONLY access to the membership database. I have a member that wants to be able to see the database, but I don't want him to modify it. There is currently no way to do that without making him read only on everything, and I need this person to be able to edit one of our web pages too.

Let all support his one and really get a better set of administrator roles. We would like Event POC, or Instructor roles that can be assigned to classes so they can print out attendance lists and nothing more.

This would very helpful to allow regional team leads to work with membership data, but limiting access to more highly confidential information. This should be an easy one to do.

Hi Jane, your idea is more likely about Email manager role.
If so, see this idea and support it - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825644-add-new-admin-role-limited-to-sending-emails -

I agree -- we have several volunteers that manage our email newsletter. I'd like to give them the ability to create and send emails and select the email list, but don't really want them to have full admin access to change contacts, membership, etc.

What do you want to be able to see/review?

It would be very helpful to have the additional administrative access permission level of limited access: membership-read only.
There are times when other members of our volunteer organization need to access the membership for review however, they are able to change records and have full access to the membership portion of the site. If they had read-only access then it would be more secure.
Thank you.
