Multipul invoice options
Please make the word, "INVOICE" disappear from the top of the invoice. We use it for different reasons, i.e., 501c3, thank you letter etc. We also print on our own letter head and Our president won't allow us to use this your site/invoice due to this. Therefore I have to hand print every single letter on word. please make it removable for me. ;.)

Attaching a File
Love MOST of the update to the way the files portion works after the upgrade - but I am not really happy at all with the way the file shows up within an email when you attach a file. Instead of it being neat and clean as it was before, now it shows resources/Documents, etc. etc. before inserting the name of the document that I need to send to our members. Is there a way to work around this? Not liking this long link that will confuse members. Thank you.

List contacts that are not members
I want to see the "contacts" that are not "Members". Do We have to have a field in "Members" which is for "Non-Members" in order to be able to search for this category?
3 votesAdd “Contact properties” search criteria, choose “none of selected” and then check “Member”. This will return all contacts that are not currently members.

Have a totally customizable email blast template.
Our organization sends many different types of eblasts. It would be so helpful if there was a blank template option where text and image boxes could be added anywhere and sized. It would have to have the usual options: text & background colors, font choices, etc. That would make it easier to keep our branding consistent and give us complete flexibility in design.

finance reports need a detail field
So I sell a membership and that person also bought a map and made a donation. When I create the invoice, the membership automatically shows up. I can add a line for the map. If I add it first in the donations tab before creating the invoice, the donation will also automatically be added to the report.
BUT when I download a list of the payments for that day, I get one entry for that person (the membership) with the total amount paid. I need the membership to show on the report separate from map.

Simplified admin creation
Currently to add a new administrator you must look up an existing contact/member and edit their login details to give them "admin access".
This could be much simpler if it was handled via an "add admin" workflow.

Set default Contact and Member settings for fields
It would be helpful to be able to select default options for visibility in contact and member fields.

Admin post documents as images to members account
the ability to post images of certificates for attending the events and any other documents so they have access anytime to them

reduce number of emails when renewing online
When our members renew online, the default is to send them 4 separate emails.
- one email saying your member renewal has been initiated but not paid yet
- one email showing the invoice
- one email showing the payment receipt
- one email confirming that renewal was completed successfully
People get so many emails already, and this seems like an unnecessary number for what could be a simple transaction. Is there to combine some of these emails? Maybe the first two could be combined into one, and then the second two could be combined into one, so that they only receive two emails…

Ability to attach a link to a picture or logo. I like to link to several other sites through their logos on my page. I would love to have the ability to attach a link to a photo and not just text.

Stripe payments don't include member names in details
Payments made into Stripe don't include the member name, and whilst the audit log does include the Stripe ChargeID it doesn't seem searchable.
If you know a Stripe payment how do your relate it back to a member?

enhance the Mobile App to all users to initiate phone call from the App
the Mobile App searches the database beautifully but it would be even more powerful if a user could initiate a phone call by clicking on one of the contacts straight from the Mobile App

put a "Save" button on the page for writing and editing emails to contacts and members. "Save and Close" is there now.
Please fix this issue: Although there's a message that says that email drafts have been saved automatically, they are in fact not saved unless you have saved them manually first at least once. Please put a Save button on the page for writing new emails as you have on other web pages. "Save and Close," which is on the page now, is not the same thing.

Move "reset to default" button in Colors and Styles panel
I find it too easy to delete customized styles set in the Colors and Styles area. The button to "reset to default" is directly beside the save button. I would prefer if this button were moved to the bottom of the panel so that it is less likely to be clicked by accident.
Also, the wording of the pop up dialogue box could be altered to make it more clear that all customizations will be lost. To make this even better, I would suggest forcing the administrator to type in "DELETE" or "RESET" in order to complete this.

Also, we introduced a new Quick customization panel for Colors and styles. It is currently available just for Skyline and Whiteboard themes and will be rolled out to other themes in the coming weeks. Feel free to check and your feedback with us.

PDF for the official tax Donation Receipt
We are just in the midst of switching over to wild apricot and I was very disappointed that when donations are made there is no option to send the official tax receipt as a PDF as it is not secure to send it as an email since it is too easy to change up the donation amount and date ect. Our current system sends an email after donation had been received thanking them and then letting them know they will receive a their tax receipt in another email attached as PDF please see email below
