Stripe payments don't include member names in details
Payments made into Stripe don't include the member name, and whilst the audit log does include the Stripe ChargeID it doesn't seem searchable.
If you know a Stripe payment how do your relate it back to a member?

Great update. It now creates a metadata record in Stripe which seemms to be the name from the credit card. The Stripe record also contains the invoice number so it's possible to search and relate the data between WA and Stripe.
We've found Stripe has worked really well for us, apart from not having the name in the Stripe record. Because the invoice number was there it was still possible to relate it to a member. Our club of around 1200 members changed from eWay (Australian) to Stripe, will actually save money for the change as we now don't need a merchant bank account, and it's been smoother for us.

I am having the same issue and was informed by tech support that: "Unfortunately currently we do not create customers in Stripe (this feature store this customer information), as this not mandatory." I am not sure why capturing a customers name is treated any different then other fields, but in the payment form you'll see it is not a mandatory field. Making a customers name available when taking payments seems obvious to me. As a payment system Stripe is excellent, but the integration with WA is lacking. If you can, I would wait until this is fixed.

Did you ever get an answer to this? We're strongly considering moving to Stripe and would love to hear about others' experience.
