An error occurred while saving the comment Russell Noble commentedSimply apply the calculations for the upgrade as if the member we applying as new. At the moment the same person can apply for an upgrade or an outright new membership at the same level and for the same price receive two different renewal dates.

An error occurred while saving the comment Russell Noble commentedAgreed, for us it shows the Terms and Conditions check box and with a X or a tick (depending on if it was flagged in the past) but doesn't let you change the value on renewal. If the T&Cs aren't accepted then the renewal shouldn't be allowed to process. Bug I'd say.

Agreed, the only way I've been able to make this work is export all members, then manipulate the Group particpants field (which a comma delimited list) in Excel, then re-import. It's really nasty and a negative for a product that aims to do away with the need to manage a club with spreadsheets :(
