Field for Contractual Terms on Renewals

My organization is new to Wild Apricot and I've imported our current database into Wild Apricot. I currently have the Field for Contractual Terms set as "No" for all our members and would like them to be required to check the box every time they renew (annually). Currently the field only allows the member to acknowledge the field during application or at any time in their profile (why would any administrator allow a member to remove their acknowledgement whenever they choose in their profile). Is there a way to require that members check the box once a year (at renewal or otherwise) or when they sign in for the first time?

I agree this is necessary! We need this feature. My suggestion would be to add the following option to the membership fields:

    - Member Access:
    ~ In own profile
    ~ In application
    ~ ****In renewal****

This would be beneficial for many different options and it is currently available if you choose any of the options that have payments attached to them so I don't imagine it should be too hard to extend to all fields but I am certainly no expert!

    Thank you.

Agree. This is a necessary feature for organizations that want to use the function for on-line waivers. Our insurer has suggested we need to get annual waivers signed by all members.

Agreed, for us it shows the Terms and Conditions check box and with a X or a tick (depending on if it was flagged in the past) but doesn't let you change the value on renewal. If the T&Cs aren't accepted then the renewal shouldn't be allowed to process. Bug I'd say.
