Organizations that require waivers, such as outdoor clubs, must demonstrate strong processes around annual waiver collection for liability and insurance purposes. Acknowledgement of waivers annually and with any change is critical and should be enforced upon members' first log in after the new waiver comes into effect.

This is very important for organizations that require members to sign waivers. The admin needs to be able to ensure underage bundle members that are part of a parent's bundle haven't turned 18 before renewing, otherwise, they need to have a separate membership to acknowledge their own waiver.

This is a critical item for organizations that are required to collect waivers from every member (or their parent) annually. The bundle administrator, or parent in our case, must accept the waiver for each of their minor children in their bundle.

Agree. This is a necessary feature for organizations that want to use the function for on-line waivers. Our insurer has suggested we need to get annual waivers signed by all members.
This feature becomes particularly important to prevent one adult member from accepting mandatory terms and conditions, such as waivers, on behalf of another member. Each adult member must have their own membership for their acceptance of terms and conditions to be legally valid.
