An error occurred while saving the comment Tim Swanson commentedOrganizations that require waivers, such as outdoor clubs, must demonstrate strong processes around annual waiver collection for liability and insurance purposes. Acknowledgement of waivers annually and with any change is critical and should be enforced upon members' first log in after the new waiver comes into effect.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tim Swanson commentedThis is very important for organizations that require members to sign waivers. The admin needs to be able to ensure underage bundle members that are part of a parent's bundle haven't turned 18 before renewing, otherwise, they need to have a separate membership to acknowledge their own waiver.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tim Swanson commentedThis is a critical item for organizations that are required to collect waivers from every member (or their parent) annually. The bundle administrator, or parent in our case, must accept the waiver for each of their minor children in their bundle.

This feature becomes particularly important to prevent one adult member from accepting mandatory terms and conditions, such as waivers, on behalf of another member. Each adult member must have their own membership for their acceptance of terms and conditions to be legally valid.
