Thank you for your feedback.
We’re building a new feature that will cover this request: an Event organizer role, which lets someone run specific events without access to the rest of the account. Plus, the ability to assign multiple people as Event organizers to one event.
Please see the original idea for the details of what’s coming: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/11284896.
We’ll post there when the feature has a firm release date.
Have a good day!

This feature becomes particularly important to prevent one adult member from accepting mandatory terms and conditions, such as waivers, on behalf of another member. Each adult member must have their own membership for their acceptance of terms and conditions to be legally valid.

Organizations that require waivers, such as outdoor clubs, must demonstrate strong processes around annual waiver collection for liability and insurance purposes. Acknowledgement of waivers annually and with any change is critical and should be enforced upon members' first log in after the new waiver comes into effect.

This is very important for organizations that require members to sign waivers. The admin needs to be able to ensure underage bundle members that are part of a parent's bundle haven't turned 18 before renewing, otherwise, they need to have a separate membership to acknowledge their own waiver.

This is a critical item for organizations that are required to collect waivers from every member (or their parent) annually. The bundle administrator, or parent in our case, must accept the waiver for each of their minor children in their bundle.

Agree. This is a necessary feature for organizations that want to use the function for on-line waivers. Our insurer has suggested we need to get annual waivers signed by all members.
As a volunteer run activity club we have many course and trip events run by a different organizer. This would be a helpful feature to have each organizer access their participant list and contact them without an admin needing to do it for each event, and redoing it periodically when participants change (additional people added, cancel, waitlisted people move into the participant list). We don't want each organizer having the ability to change the event listing or payment structure in any way though since we have rules for how each event is set up. For frequent organizers we have given them read only access but this does not help them interact with specific event participants and gives them access to the entire back end which is not our intention.
