Totals for Contacts
Loving the new android mobile app. It's great. Something that would make it even greater would be total counts displayed within Contacts -> Saved Searches. We constantly have a need for a quick look at membership numbers. The numbers could be placed and styled similar to how they are displayed for event registrant numbers in the Events section of the app. That's one approach. A field for check number and check date on payment details
Right now, we are entering a member's dues payment check number/check date in the "Comments for payer" text box. That appears on the email payment confirmation. However, "comments for payer" is not included in an export file action. If it were included, then we could easily generate supporting documentation for bank deposits by using the export feature.
If it is not possible to include "comments for payers" in a file export process, I would like to have two additional fields added to the payment screen: check date and check number, and ensure that they are included in the export file…

Skip membership level selection if only one level is available
On the membership gadget, if only one membership level is available, the first step is redundant. On some sites, we use a content page to detail the membership level and then link to separate application pages. That first page creates an extra unnecessary click when there is only one choice available.

Ability to select landing page
It would be nice to allow the administrator to select what page then land at when they login. Sometimes I login and land on the dashboard, sometimes I login and land on the web home page and have to click "switch to admin view" then I go to the dash board then I click where I want to go, I'd love to set it up that when I login I land on the 'contacts' page.

Include invoice # in registration export
I have been using Excel and Access to create reporting tools based on WA exports. At this point, I have not been able to identify an export that will indicate how to connect a particular event registration with a particular invoice. At this point that involves looking up registrations one at a time and entering the information into a database. As there seems to be a 0/1 to many relationship between invoices and registrations, adding the invoice # to the atendees export (as it is already displayed on the attendees list) would probably do the job.

Request to please include include integration with AffiniPay’s new gateway “ChargeIO." We've done our pricing, and while AffiniPay is available through Authorize.net, the more affordable option is to directly work with AffiniPay.

Member search from homepage or any other page
Hi there.
Per Evgeny's suggestion on another thread at http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308920-archive/suggestions/8835598-enhanced-advanced-and-simple-search-with-geo-searc , I'm submitting this as a separate feature request:
We'd love to be able to integrate a simple member search on the homepage. Preferably, if as a gadget, not as a "singular" one so as to be able to offer other important gadgets such as latest blog posts or a signup/donation form on the same page.
I've basically been compiling our member testers' evaluation feedback, and all of them confirm that the most important features to them are the ones that help drive the public to the member websites. So…

Have PayPal Pro notify members with recurring payments about credit card failure [9337]
When a member signs up for our service with recurring payments their email is not sent to Paypal Pro to notify them when/if there is a credit card problem.
Please either:
Automatically port it to Paypal Pro based on the email address they used to sign-up with previous to payment options.
Allow us to make email a required field in the payment process.

Add Paste as Text button to editor toolbar
After more than a year with WA, I have found that the greatest barrier to getting non-technical persons to create clean content is their ability to cleanly paste text from other sources. The Word filter works OK, but so often I see page edits made by staff that has different fonts, text background color, or different text size. I remind them to paste and copy from Notebook (or other plain text editor) to strip all formatting, but they forget and find that rather inconvenient.
I seem to remember other WYSIWYG editors of the past (TinyMCE?) that had "Paste as Text"…

Display name of person registering for event automatically
Currently members have to check a box if they want their names to be shown.

Automatically add page URLs based on page names
Currently it appears that WA creates cryptic page names (links) automatically whenever a new page is created such as:
http://cispi.com/Default.aspx?pageId=1232308
These types of page names do not contain rich keywords and thus will not be ranked as well by search engines. They are also not intuitive and useful to users that find them in searches because they aren't descriptive.
WA developers should consider changing this default behavior to perhaps use the menu names and structure as the page names instead of the cryptic names currently used.
For example, the above named page on our site would then become something like:

eMail Blast Buttons Confusing
When you create, save, and then go back to edit an email blast, the buttons at the top of the email blast page are:
It's not at all clear or intuitive that the "Use this draft" button actually means "Edit or send this draft" and not just "Send this draft".
I would suggest changing the word "Use" to "Edit or send" on this button.

Save Email Drafts Automatically
I would like suggest an auto save feature for email blasts. There have been times our admins have lost their hard work because they did not take the time to save it first themselves or they got logged out. Thank you for your consideration.

Read only admin on the app
I would like to see read-only admins with the ability to log,on the the app on an iPad/iPhone. This would allow us to give our employees the access to quickly verify that someone is a current member without the ability to make any changes to any of the members information.
Currently only myself and a supervisor have that ability. We have to print out copies of the database with all the members to allow the employees to look up the members. That's a lot of paper every month. My other option than I'm looking at is an export to another…

Add a pricing for more than 2,000 and less than 15,000 contacts
Another pricing option with more than 2,000 contacts would be beneficial. We'd be willing to pay more than the 2,000 contact level, but the double fee currently is too much for our non-profit. I suspect you would get an increase of fees if you offer another pricing option. For example, 4,000 contacts for $150/month.

HTML Cleanup use lowercase tags
Mostly this is just a pet peeve of mine, but I am a bit OCD about proper HTML markup. While uppercase html tags are acceptable and browsers will support it, it is not recommended.

There's no way to override the automatic HTML cleanup and prevent it from block capitalizing all of my carefully prepared HTML, or get it to use lowercase tags.
2 votesWith the 7.9 version release, we updated the code editor for editing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It supports lowercase as recommended by W3C.

Membership directory reverse sort
I'd like to be able to specify a reverse sort order in the "Edit Settings" for a directory page. For example, if I choose my sort to be on Last Name, I'd like the option of choosing whether it's an A-Z sort or a Z-A sort. Same if my sort field is a date: I'd like to specify either oldest-newest or newest-oldest.

Send email only to "checked in" event registrants
Hello,
I would like to see an email enhancement for Events. Currently you can only send an email to the entire event list OR delete the list and add contacts individually.
I would like to see the ability to send emails to those who have been "checked in" on the Event. We want to send an event evaluation out to those who actually attended the event, not just those who registered.
There aren't any Event Emails for evaluation. Right now we are doing it ad-hoc by choosing Email Registrants, but we would like the option to email only those who…
