create a macro that includes ONLY delivery method
Create a macro for email of {delivery_option} that does not automatically append the physical address. Right now the delivery option macro includes the address, which when something is delivered by email is nonsensical.

Create store order by admin
It would be very useful if an Admin could create a store order on behalf of a member as we can do for invoices etc. At present only the logged on member can raise an order.

Export/Import Capabilities
We need a way to export a list of open items to process them by different people in our club (name, shipping address, method of shipment, order #, each item ordered, qty ordered, variants, etc.) We are operating a single WA site for five Chapters. We would then sort the exported file by item description (we have coded each of our items for sale with a Chapter code). Send the file out to the applicable Chapters for processing of their orders. Map contact fields to shipping address
Ability to map our customer's address information stored in Contacts to the Ship To: address fields that appear when a store order checkout is being performed. Include the ability to overwrite the address if desired by our customer.

Increase Zoom Feature for Product Photos
Increase zoom feature on product photos. Right now it seems like the zoom is only a slight increase, less than 25%. Increase the zoom to 50% or allow admin to select their zoom preference for each product (25%, 50%, 75%).

Auction - bid site
Similar to Catalog Function but instead of regular price and sale price allow a starting/opening bid and bid increment and allow folks to bid on an item---without checkout---until admin accepts/declares top/winning bid. In our case, our only product is ad space but we have no idea what we could get for the most prime location (back cover) because we've always given the last person the right of first refusal and they renew each year. "Continue Shopping" Link
There needs to be a "continue shopping" link from the cart and from each item to that you back to the online store. Right now, if you click the "back" in the browser, you get back to the store, but that is not obvious to the user. In most online stores, there is a "continue shopping" link in the cart that allows you to go back to the online store.

Store fulfilment emails aren't cc'd to administrator or other system contacts
In Wild Apricot, the majority of emails are cc'd to the administrator (and other chosen contacts). This helps the admin keep a log of transactions and correspondence.
The online store cc's some emails to the admin, but is missing the crucial Fulfillment email.
The fulfilment email also isn't logged in the member's email log. Instead the email template is stored there rather than the actual email sent. i.e. It says Dear {MemberName} rather than the actual name o fat member it was sent to.

Free text fields for buyers to specify order details
Allow users to complete free text information fields as opposed to (or in addition to) fixed lists of specified product options. These pieces of information would be passed to the admin contact (and forwarded to others) as part of the notification email.
We sell services and we need to collect 2-3 pieces of information per service in order to complete orders.

Using notification Email as delivery note
The macro {Order_ShippingAddress} is displayed as single comma delimited string in shop order notification Email.
If this was displayed as separate lines the Email can be printed and used as a delivery note, with a correctly formatted address. The Email is customised so that when printed it is simply folded and put in a document enclosed envelope.

Duplicate items for sale in the store
Add a feature to duplicate items in the store and then edit. This would allow us to make one item (e.g., a t-shirt), then make the minor adjustments (e.g., logo, etc.).

You can upload multiple pictures for one product and configure several product variants. Is that enough or you’d prefer to duplicate items?

Drop Ship API
It would be nice for WA to setup an API with a Drop Ship supplier (IE: Printful - USA, T-Shirt Elephant - CAN). This way we could easily connect WA store with the Drop Shipper, allowing sales to pass directly through our website.

Three Online Store Suggestions (needs)
I see three problems with the online store you may want to correct. I also have one suggestion.
1) no checkout if not logged in
2) no continue shopping links

Organize products by category
We need the ability to organize products by category and sub-category. For example, "apparel", "lessons", "events", etc.
We intend to sell a number of different items in our online store to our members. As it is, members have to hunt through several unrelated items to find the one that they are interested in. Right now, I can somewhat limit the confusion by putting tags on the items and creating "sub-stores" that only show specific tags, but that is a bit confusing also.
