Online shop
We need to be able to produce reports on each product item separately so we know how many have been sold and by whom - as the items belong to different areas of our business. There is no possibility of doing this currently.
We also need to be able to sell a product with and without postage to members and non-members - & we want it to appear as one product/line item only.
We also have issues because our administrators can't upload products to the store, it can only be done by someone with Full admin privileges.

Link Membership Registrations with Store Merchandise
Key in optional store items to membership registrations (new and renewals). For instance, if someone completes a registration form, and it's paid, a cap or t-shirt order is placed into the Store (paid) with a reference back to the registration.

customize items in store order
We have store items (ie name badges) that members need to be able to specify the name. It would be beneficial to be able to identify/flag these items and then ask for purchasers input.

Wordpress widgets for Store Catalog and Cart gadgets
For organizations using WordPress or other tools for their website, availability of widgets corresponding to the new Store gadgets is essential, but not sufficient, for the Wild Apricot Store is to be considered.
Far more Store functionality must be available, as noted in other Wishlist entries on this forum, for the Store to be usable by many organizations.
As noted elsewhere, it seems the Store was "pushed out" before it was ready in an effort to justify the recent substantial price increase. In its present form and on its own, its not enough.6 votes -

Storefront: show regular price to visitors, special price to members
We have been looking into using the new storefront.
Something that I mentioned to one of your tech reps was the issue of showing MSRP and Member pricing on each product.
The main problem is that you will find many suppliers have MAP pricing which is the minimum you are allowed to advertise their product online. We and probably other people using your sites, offer some items at a better discount than MAP to some of our member levels so this is an issue. Showing only MSRP to the general public would solve this issue. And then if possible show…5 votes -
notes to customers per product and multiple membership options
It would be great if you could create customized emails per products created in the store section that people purchase so people have more specific details of items, or possibly note per item to customers that can go on a receipt for products that are emailed to customers.
Another upgrade would be memberships that can be purchased as "checkbox" options vs. radio buttons so that people could enroll in different membership levels under one email. They select which memberships they want then they are tallied and payments made.

Online Store: Member 'Credits' System
With the talk of Wild Apricot integrating an online store, I think it would be phenomenal to integrate a 'credits' system as seen in many other membership softwares (including video game subscriptions and self-education learning sites).
The online store could have a totally traditional functionality, with the customer purchasing items in USD, without membership being a necessity.
However, the store items could ALSO be purchased with 'credits'. Members would get a monthly 'allowance' with their site membership (as designated by the site admin). For example, my company is called Torches Academy - I might be selling T-shirts for $20 or…

Improve the Storefront & Shopping Cart Checkout
We must be able to customize the shopping cart checkout in addition to having functionality in the storefront (like including drop-down selections, sales tax auto calculations. This storefront is so bad it is hardly worth the embarrassment of using it.

Allow Online Store to cater for facility booking
Hi, the new Online Store is a greatly welcomed feature! Could it be expanded to include a facility booking feature, with integrated calender for venue availability? We have several meeting rooms on our premises open for member reservations. Thanks!
