    Events not involving registration, show on the event details 'Registered: Nobody'. Can this say something like 'Not applicable' instead because Nobody implies registration ought to be available and does confuse some people.

  3. Negative-Cost Custom Field Items

    We’re setting up our ski club trip signups and invoicing in WA for the first time. Some options we need to create have negative costs, like a lift-ticket discount for a senior or a “ground package” discount for someone providing their own transportation to the resort. WA will allow us to manually enter a negative-cost amount on an invoice, but will apparently NOT let us create a custom field that has a negative cost. It would be a tremendously helpful enhancement if we could create a negative-cost item (under Custom Fields). Please consider adding this capability – or perhaps it…

  4. show registration on event list change default to "show"

    Currently the default for showing a participant on the waitlist is set to Not Show them. We can change it in the Event details page for each event. But it still won't show waitlisted people who are moved over to the registration list unless we manually uncheck those individual people while they are on the waitlist (or after if we miss that). This is more important now that the new automatic transfer from waitlist to registered is implemented. Love not having the manual work to transfer waitlisted people over, but we still have manual work to make them show. This…

  5. Complete Offline Event Management -Start to Finish

    We run an event weekly in the middle of a forest with about 40-60 attendees, no internet signal is available, wifi or 3/4/5G. As a result, we can't use the event management tool for these events. Attendees expect to be able to turn up and register, so pre-registration is not a workable solution.

    The desired solution; I believe that via the app, we should be able to cache our organization's database with existing members/contacts and capture new guests as they turn up. Once the connection is re-established, the captured data: registrations and check-ins are uploaded?

  6. Remove verbiage “to change your registration contact an administrator” when the registration cancellation function is enabled

    The verbiage “to change your registration, contact an administrator” still appears when someone goes into an event looking to cancel so they don’t scroll down further to the place where they can actually cancel and just automatically email an administrator when they have the ability to do it themselves it is just confusing.

  9. non-registration events from 'parent' group

    I would like to be able to add items to our calendar as just entries, not events.

    We are a local user group that is a kind of "subsidiary" of a larger international user group. Our "parent" group hosts several conferences, webinars and other events throughout the year. We would like to use our calendar to publish/promote these events to our members. However, our group has nothing to do with registering attendees for these events.

    We need to be able to publish items on our calendar as merely promotional, without requiring/allowing any reply from our members whatsoever. The "event" details…

  10. Change "Guests" to "Teams" and make mandatory field

    We are registering school teams for a competition. We'd like to be able to either change the word "Guests" to "Teams", or have another option other than "Guests". Also, we'd like to make the field mandatory -- we had schools register, but they didn't see "Guests" all the way at the bottom, even with highlighted reminders, so they didn't register their teams. If it could be made to be a required field, they wouldn't miss what is at the bottom of the page.

  11. Need to take attendance at events without registration, or need a bulk registration feature.

    We have general membership meetings twice per month that are also open to visitors. There is currently no way to check people as present without registering them each individually. It would be helpful to be able to check members and contacts as present without having to register them. Or, at least, it would be helpful to bulk register members or contacts.

  12. registration button that can be placed ANYWHERE on a page

    It would be great if the 'register' button could be placed in a specific location on the page. If you are hosting an event that has multiple registration options the register button gets buried at the bottom of the page and (we're told) it can be hard to find.

  13. Event coupon codes bypass membership checks/settings

    When someone registers for an event using a coupon code, it bypasses all membership checks and conditions. Thus, when a member mistypes their e-mail address when signing up for an event using a coupon code, a non-member contact is created for the registration, and the member's account is not tied to the resulting registration. This messes up our contact database, all automatic e-mailing (usually the e-mails will bounce so the registered member doesn't get any communications), the organizer's records, and the member's membership record.

    Our event titles are longer than are allowed to be displayed on the calendar. Create an option to select to have the event title added to the tooltip so that instead of only seeing date & location on mouseover, you see title, date, & location.

    When an admin is editing a copy of an event and clicks Save, and either the title or the date hasn't been changed, and the event has been set to Public, pop up an "Are you sure?" box.

  16. Provide easy way to transfer a registered contact to the waitlist

    The new waitlist facility is a welcome addition, however it does not fully cater for the way we operate.

    We ask as many contacts as possible to register for events. Selection to participate is at the discretion of the event organiser and not on a first-come, first-served basis. To activate the waitlist, we limit the number of registrations after they have been received and then move those not selected to the waitlist

  17. Record Event non-attendees

    Enable event registration status "Did not attend". We can Check-in people in who arrive, but we would like to also be able to actively record "Did not attend" in order to pursue no-show payments and provide stats. Currently, it is never clear whether a Check-in was missed, or whether a person did not attend.

  18. Remember event access restrictions and last selection on Select recipients dialog for event announcements

    Current behavior:
    When admin needs to send or resend an event announcement (buttons "Send now" and "Send again") he/she has to select recipients in popup dialog every time because "All contacts" option is always selected by default.

    Desired behavior:
    1. If event has a restricted access (membership levels and/or groups) the same restriction should be applied by default in "Select recipients" dialog.
    2. System remembers previous selection in this dialog when re-sending an announcement email.

  19. Common Fields - ability to choose admin only fields

    I like the option of not including all common fields on my event registrations. However, if I do not select the "all common fields" box then I can not include our custom ID number which is an administrator only field. It would be great if we could choose all fields to be included -- even those that are not visible to attendees.
