  1. Send renewal reminder blasts on demand and specific date

    We decided to send a renewal reminder email blast today because we had volunteers available to assist members and answer questions via website live chat support. Changing the number of days for a reminder to be sent before the due date to today did not trigger the email blast. Apparently that number needs to be entered at least the day before. Planning ahead is one thing, being able to take advantage of a good opportunity is another. Additionally, It would be helpful to have the ability to pick the exact date for a blast to go out rather than count…

  2. Final monitor before email blasts

    Is there a way that someone can be setup as an email administrator - meaning give the final OK before emails go out? Mostly interested when events don't use the right groups and end up sending to all our contacts! YIKES. It looks like there is an email administrators button but it is not active for me as the overall administrator. Thanks for any help if this is already something that is available.   3. Editor not showing full file name

    in the email editor, I tried to insert a file. It worked OK, except it only showed me a portion of the file names. I had to exit and go to Files to determine which one I wanted.

  4. We would like to address rejoining members separately from renewing

    According to the way we’ve been operating:

    1. A new member is someone who has never been a member before; WA is set up for that. WA generates an e-mail response welcoming new members.
    2. A renewing member is someone who was a member in the previous calendar year (renewal due 12/15), but renews any time from 12/15 to 12/14 (e.g., 12/15/18 - 12/14/19). WA is set up for that. WA generates an e-mail response thanking a member for renewing.

    3. A rejoining member is someone who last renewed outside the standard renewal period; in this example, before 12/15/17 (their membership will have…

  7. Email distribution for manual waitlist registration

    Waitlist -- When manually moving a guest from waitlist to registration list the "Send notification" should include distribution to the event organizer. Currently, distribution includes the event organizer when using auto registration.

  9. Need 'after sign up' emailed to go out 24, 48 and 72 hours later

    We need an email sequence that sends out after the member subscribes to subscription. We would like a 24 hour after, 48 hour after, and 72 hours to make sure they are getting plugged in correctly

  10. Email Event Registrants in Email Section

    Allow event registrants to be added as a list of those you can email outside of the event. I just spent time creating an email to send to registrants of an event, and now I have to go into the event to redo the email to be able to send to registrants. These registrants should automatically show up as a list I am able to select from the contacts/members, etc.

  11. Date formatting available in the emails

    I think we should be able to select how we want a date to appear in the body of our emails...i.e. not 09/30/2018 but 9/30/2018 or 9/30/18. On the emails that I create for invitations, reminders, etc., I fill like the zeros in front of the single digit months is excess clutter.

  12. Automated Repeating Email

    Provide the ability to send out an email repeatedly according to a schedule.

    That's the suggestion. Now I'll tell you how to fake it. :)

    Create a repeating event to provide the schedule. Enter the email as an announcement email. So now the email will go out
    repeatedly to whichever recipients you specify.

    If the announcement is a deadline - for example, a reminder for monthly newsletter submissions - you have the option to make the event visible, either to all, or just to the group of recipients. Or you can leave the event in Admin (invisible) status and still…

    Currently we cannot differentiate between a receiver required to action on the content of the e-mail and one or more recipients that are just copied for information. For us it is of particular importance to have these two options.

  15. More options for who gets system emails

    We'd love to be able to send membership system emails to different recipients for different areas of membership.

    For instance, we have two categories of membership: Regular and Associate (service providers). Our Director of Membership handles regular members, and our Director of Associate Membership handles Associate Members.

    Currently, all membership system emails go to one recipient (or one set of recipients). This means that either

    1. One of the Directors gets all membership emails and must forward the relevant ones to the other director, or

    2. All membership-related emails go to both Directors and they have to delete the ones they're not…

  16. Add website URL to all emails from WA

    This may seem like an odd request, but for those of us who design and manage multiple WA sites it can be a big deal. I am an administrator in probably dozens of WA websites, and sometimes I get emails from WA that say things like "Your Wild Apricot account..." or "upgrade your account..." or "...your website..." but nowhere in the email does it say which account/URL it's referring to. It's confusing.

    I'd like to request that all emails from WA contain the account URL at the top of the email so that it is clear which one the email…

  17. Differentiate between Test and Real sent e-mails

    It would be most helpful if the 'test email' would be noted as a 'test' in either the subject or body or somewhere to signify that it's a test e-mail. For the 'sender', I think it would be more clear when going back and re-reviewing sent items, trouble shooting listserv issues, etc. The true 'sent' ones look exactly like the 'test' ones. Would be helpful, I believe.

  18. Event collections report

    From email correspondence:

    "...As we run multiple events each month the income report is useful but only gives the total income for each even whereas the payment report is separated into the various payment types (ie. Cash, check, paypal, etc). having the income report include the various payment types (ie. Cash, check, paypal, etc) would be helpful to reconcile with paypal and our accounting of offline payments. Right now we have to look up the offline payments and minus them form the income total to get the online payment by event or download each event into excel and delete offline…

  20. Allow the creation of signature blocks for use with all email templates (membership, event and manual)

    Similar to any email interface, allow the creation of signature blocks for use in all email templates (membership, event, and manual). Existing organization macros do not contain all information that may be contained in a signature, i.e. company address, phone number. In our organization, emails mail be signed by the one of the Board members, committee chairs or committees, but come from the same organization email address.
