  1. Allow HTML when sending invoices

    When sending an invoice, currently only text can be used, no HTML. I'd like to be able to use HTML as in other emails.

  2. {Payment_SettlementsTable} macro does not produce wide enough table

    The {PaymentSettlementsTable} creates a lovely table that shows the payments received. Unfortunately, this table is not 100% width. I would like to see it work exactly like the {InvoiceDetails} macro - it's close, just needs to be wider.

  3. Check for spam filter

    Would like search function that allows me to see who received e-mail but has not opened. This could indicate it is going to spam folder and I can contact person to fix.

  4. Renewal reminder on Christmas by default

    We opted to invoice most every of our 30+ levels. The renewal date by default is January 1, exactly our case before we joined Wild Apricot. So, again by default, the Renewal reminder email 2 goes out to member 7 days in advance. Which is Christmas exactly. No the best day to send renewal reminders... I do hope that the January 1 reminders, on the renewal date, are not the first gift they get in the new year. A few hours delay would be lovely :-)

  6. Make safer sending mass emails - e.g. allow to halt after sending

    Whenever sending a system email there should be a confirmation box. ie "yes i want to send this email."

    There should also be an option to HALT a sending of a mass emailing SOMEWHERE in your system. I just sent out a mass email to the entirety of my membership that was meant to be sent as a draft to ME ALONE and I was none to happy to find out there was no halt sequence....

  7. Admin ability to disable workflow emails

    I have searched for help on this and not located any. I would like to be able to disable workflow emails but leave our organization eblast emails in place. I can understand why you don't want the member to be able to do this but I would like to.

    When our members receive a renewal invoice and have elected not to renew, they often let us know. They may have a couple weeks left of their membership which would include several more renewal reminders they don't need. However, I cannot end those as a courtesy without stopping all their email,…
