Let me know who doesn't open our newsletter?
We regularly send out newsletters to all our contacts. Our open rate varies between 50 and 65%. I would love to ba able to contact people who do NOT open the newsletters to see if they want to remain on our contact list.

Here’s how it works:1) Click on the email in the email log and click on the delivered tab
2) On that tab there is a filter dropdown, select the first option “not opened/clicked”
3) Click on “Send again to selected” button at the top of the screen -
Attaching a File
Love MOST of the update to the way the files portion works after the upgrade - but I am not really happy at all with the way the file shows up within an email when you attach a file. Instead of it being neat and clean as it was before, now it shows resources/Documents, etc. etc. before inserting the name of the document that I need to send to our members. Is there a way to work around this? Not liking this long link that will confuse members. Thank you.

the Mobile App searches the database beautifully but it would be even more powerful if a user could initiate a phone call by clicking on one of the contacts straight from the Mobile App

Email Preferences on Contact or Membership form - e.g. to support CASL (Canadian Anti Spam Law)
Can I include the email preferences on the Contact or Member and/or Event form? I want people to able to set these options when they sign up.
As I understand it, when someone new signs up for an event, a contact record is created and the email preferences in that record are automatically enabled--without the person's knowledge. The person can later go in an changes these settings and/or unsubscribe.
However, when they register for an event, I would like to give them the choice to opt-in to receiving emails blast, rather than have email preferences turned on by default, and…

Over half a year ago we released new functionality for those who would like to be compliant with CASL. There is now a functionality in WA allowing to ask for consent and collect the data of when the consent was given. But the sections that deals with the private right of action, meant to come into force in July 2017, have been suspended. Thus we also put the further development of this functionality on hold.

Show time of event registration
In lieu of waitlist, is it possible to get the timestamp for people who registered. Some of our events are for very limited spots and they are full in few minutes and we would like to get a timestamp for that registration. All I see in attendee list is HH:MM but in this case we would like to see timestamp in sec or milli secs.

Hide linked bundle members in public profile page
Hello,
We would like to add to the wish list a way to restrict the views of grouped members under the bundled admin's profile page. So in other words, we would like to remove the linked members view under the bundled admin's profile details so that it doesn't show the linked employees.

When setting up an account for the first time it's difficult to understand what should be setup first, how things are connected and what triggers exist in the system (e.g. emails are sent to members)Desired situation

Dashboard with graphics for total members per group
We have to report out via graphs to show membership levels to our executives. The system has no dashboard to show graphics of levels of membership.
IE: 52 members with a bar graph for Veterans Group. 25 members are in Wichita, 22 members are in Miami.
Need a Graph to show who is where and total levels of membership. You might have one group that is scattered across the world. We cannot see that in this system yet.
Simple bar graphs or digital dashboard.

Easy test of email's links before sending blast
Easy way (or automatic) to test an email's links before sending. And when the link is to an event, indicate what event it currently links to. When I look at the link code, I see an event number. When I look at Edit Link, I see a list of events, the one corresponding to that number is NOT highlighted. So I choose the correct event again, just in case. That's a loop. (Yes, I do send myself a test before a blast. That's how I discovered I'd linked to the wrong event. Now, because I can't SEE the results of…

Remove "Including guests" from the event registrant list
Remove the wording "Including guests" from the list when the member selects registrants for an event.
We do not allow guests and it is very confusing to our members!

Archive a bundle
Currently, archiving a bundle is tedious and not intuitive. You have to archive the bundle member(s) first before the Archive button appears on the Bundle administrator's record.
This is not easy to figure out. My Membership Chair just reported that she couldn't archive the membership.
I suggest that you always display the Archive button for the Bundle administrator. If it's clicked, say "You are archiving a Bundle administrator, so all the bundle members will be archived too. Proceed?" Clicking "Yes" will archive the entire bundle.

Trigger API call on Contact Change?
I would like to use the V2 API to automatically send updates to a FileMaker Pro database (and maybe others in the future) whenever certain fields in a Contact are changed such as name, address, email, etc.
The documentation on the API is clear and I can manually launch such a PHP program from the browser, but I need to automate the process so whenever a user or an administrator updates a contact record, the PHP program is invoked behind the scenes.
Is this possible?

Wild Apricot now supports outbound webhooks.

Request to please include include integration with AffiniPay’s new gateway “ChargeIO." We've done our pricing, and while AffiniPay is available through Authorize.net, the more affordable option is to directly work with AffiniPay.

Custom fields for group members
It would be useful to be able to create custom database fields that apply only to members of a particular group. When someone is assigned or joins a group, they or the admin can fill in the group fields.
Example: Create a group called "Mentors". Have a custom field for members of the Mentors group called "Areas of Mentoring Expertise". On the directory of Mentors, members can search for Mentors by this field.

Display event start time on calendar when in month view
It would be very helpful for us to be able to see the start time on events when you're viewing them on the calendar in month view. This seems to be a standard in calendar software that I have seen, including yahoo and google. Lots of our members will be immediately interested (or not) in an event simply because of the start time. Having to drill down to the event detail to see the time is a pain. Our work around is to put the start time at the beginning of the event title, but that is not an ideal…

Enhancements for Insert picture
When i add a photo it is put into the whole mix and i have to search for the filename.
There should be a search box for pictures uploaded, also recently uploaded (today/week/month)
Also when you upload a photo it should automatically goto that photo after you upload.
Insert Photo via link. I have to go browse, select link, it downloads to temp, then uploads to the server. I would like to link to photos on the net i know will never move (such as my movie hosting sites)

Blast email to all members upon creating an event [8073]
Guys do you think you could add a button in the events area that would allow to send an email blast "on the spot" notifying that an event has been created...(I know that people that use rss will know immediately but we have a large number of oldies using email)
This will save us substantial time since right now we have to either:
A) calculate the number of days to the event and set up a reminder for the following day, or
b) publish the event, log out obtain the link, log in again, go to the blast email area,…
