  1. Stop and Hold membership option

    Our company offers an option of putting memberships on Hold with a 30 day notice. Since there is no such option, I have to keep track of all our clients dates and change them manually. I have missed a few in the past because it is so hard to keep track of everyone and our clients were charged.

  2. Select All in profile privacy

    Can we get a Select All button for the members profile privacy fields? it would be nice if members could quickly set all their privacy and then deselect the least ones.

    I would suggest having an option at the top of each column under the Anybody/Member/No Access Heading.
    I think it should be a Select All option that changes all the settings to Select All and then we can deselect the ones we dont wont.

    This would also make it easier for bulk changing a bunch of user privacy settings.
    It is really inconvenient for users to have to go…

  4. Geographic member field

    It would be great if you could develop a filter on the membership registration form, which could distinguish members by geographic area. So by postal code or ZIP code (in the U.S.). This is a feature some of your competitors offer, and we really need this feature to provide our service. Thanks!

  5. Flexibility on which contact/membership field as the official membership-holder

    Our organization is an association, so our members ARE organizations, as an entity, NOT the indviduals in the contact fields. The work-arounds for this are not working. Currently, if the official contact individual changes for that org, we either have to (a) edit all the fields around the org name to match the new contact's info and lose/archive the old contact info from our records, or (b) create a new membership and lose continuity of membership records.

  6. Do not have default rnewal date be a year from current date

    Our renewal dates are Mar 1, Jul 1, Sep 1 and Dec 1 to distribute them across the year. We have to manually edit the renewal date for every new member because WA automatically defaults to one year after current date. Getting rid of this default will save us a lot of time.

  7. Membership Cards - Allow creation of multiple cards per family

    I would like to be able to print an individual membership card for every person in a family. Right now I am limited to only doing one card per contact. I'd like to be able to create additional cards for each additional contact in the meter profile.

  9. Dues Bi-weekly

    Our dues are paid by payroll deduction from members biweekly paychecks'. The employer sends one check with list of people who payed dues. Need a way to track these payments.

  10. Membership card for Lifetime Members

    Our organization has just set up a membership card template and I see it as being very useful for members to print their own card if they wish. We have several memberships levels, and for each the card will include the statement that says "Valid until ___", this works for those that renew their membership yearly, but not for those that have a lifetime membership. For them it says "Valid until never"". I have gone into Settings and then into Levels, and when the renewal is set to Never, I cannot go in and put in a date 100 years…

  11. Stop automatically extending renewal dates when membership levels are changed

    We have a bunch of different membership levels, and we occasionally have to change members from one level to another. Why on earth would someone in WA design think it was a good idea to automatically change the renewal due date if this happens?

    I'm flattered to think the designers believed us users are so perfect that we could never enter the wrong level by mistake and then have to change it after the fact, but that happens. And when we make the correction, a year is added from current date.

  12. Hyperlink New Members in last 7 and 30 Days to List of Members

    The membership lists include how many new members in the last 7 and 30 days, but those numbers are not linkable and thus I do not necessarily know who the new members are. Is there a way? Can those numbers in the Overview be hyperlinked to quickly see the new members?

  13. Annual renewals due quarterly through the year

    Another option for membership renewal periods should be implemented.
    Under the Every 1 year option, there needs to be a choice for renewal dates occurring at quarterly intervals, in our case March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.

    It is an option for having everyone renew quarterly, but we have the renewals spread out across the year in this fashion so we don’t have 4,000 annual renewals pouring in at the same time.

  14. Default values

    I'd like to be able to put default values into membership fields that require data entry - not just those with multi-option. In othe words, if a membership field requires entering a dollar amount, I'd like to set the default to be 0 rather than have the field be empty.

    Now that you have membership cards (3.5" x 2"). Is it possible to add the ability to make Name Badges (4" x 3") for Avery #5260 labels? Or some other label directly from WildApricot.

  16. Display "Bundles" for all Levels on the Member List

    On the Member List Summary, the "Total" for each Level also shows "(Bundles"). Why not show ("Bundles") for the other Column Headers? "Active" "Renewal Overdue" "Lapsed" "Pending" "New in Last"

  18. Allow admins to set display order on member summary

    Allow admins to set the display order of member levels on the summary screen. We have to designate member levels with numerical prefixes in order to get them to display in a logical order other than alphabetical. Same issue as was previously corrected on the new member application form and as requested for correction in change-membership-level form.

  19. New Applications Reminders

    Would like options to send email Reminders to New Applications that haven't paid their membership dues after X number of days and x number of times to send reminders. After certain period of time, an option to Archive the new application if they haven't paid.

    Currently we have to go into the Pending - New invoices and manually send invoices again with text reminding them of dues required.

    The Renewal works great with multiple options for reminding members of payment due, don't have the same options with New Applications.

  20. Waitlist for Memberships

    Our club needs to maintain a waitlist for membership as we have a membership cap. The current way to work around this is to have a membership type waitlist which doesn't work very well.

    It would be nice to see a waitlist for each membership type.
