Name Badges
Now that you have membership cards (3.5" x 2"). Is it possible to add the ability to make Name Badges (4" x 3") for Avery #5260 labels? Or some other label directly from WildApricot.

This feature request should be combined with this one: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/31929016-printing-membership-cards-in-bulk#comments

We would use this for our national convention name badges. We would also like the ability to make labels for our registration packages. The labels tell us which extra items each person ordered, if they have guest badges also, etc.

Would be great if you developed a "badge" that Members could download and put on their own agencies websites that indicates that they are a member of California Community Living Network. Currently members have access to membership cards which is great. Some members may also want to include a badge on their own websites that they are proud members of CCLN. Ive attached a stock example of what I had in mind. Could also be a way to also advertise your platform by footnoting your website.

This is a definite need; you have the information stored already in WA. How simple would it be to allow mailing list creation in the same manner as you do it in Word? Thanks.

Yes please. This is an obvious need. We need to mail permits and stickers to our members.

avery.com has a very great solution that's very flexible and it's free. Go to https://www.avery.com/. Create an account. Navigate to Templates > Avery Design and Print. For our convention this past June, I exported the contacts from Wild Apricot as an .xls file. In the Avery app, I custom-designed our name badges (including logo) and imported the .xls file. You get a preview and can make edits if needed. The project can then be printed or saved as a pdf and printed. You can choose from a large selection of label/badge sizes. Avery also has a live chat if help is needed.
While this would be a nice feature, Avery is a workaround. I would rather have the Apricots spend time working on other hot topics.

We too use a badge printer, the Epson PM-400. I have to use excel and Word to print badges and member lists. Having all of this done in WA would be a huge help

I would like to see this feature as well. We currently do a mail merge to get the name info on with our logo. Would be great to print from WA and any administrator could take care of these.

I second the idea of printing onsite to a Dymo Label Writer 450 Turbo - this is used most often by meeting professionals at a check in/Registration desk to print name badges for new onsite registrations and/or name changes.

You can use the Excel system we built to extract data and create a nice layout in Excel or Word to print badgest with a few mail merge tools built into both products.

This name tag feature would be great, especially if it could be sorted by event.

I am reading into this request that an administrator will have ability to print all members' name badges from one place.

It would also be great for the name badges to have the functionality to be printed from a Dymo Label Writer 450 Turbo or similar.

Yes, PLEASE! Why isn't this function included? It makes sense to have this capability. No organization has 100% online membership, so there is always going to be a need to print labels.

Fuctionality to print mailing labels directly from the database. You could pre-select a standard label type (i.e. Avery 8460). This would make all of my marketing mailings SO MUCH SIMPLER!
