An error occurred while saving the comment For our organization, some of our events qualify for Continuing Development Units (CDUs), some don't. we would want our events administrator to be able to enter the CDUs that each event qualifies for. This cannot be changed by members. CDUs would appear on the events page of each contacts' profile page so they can print that, and thereby, self service reporting of CDUs.

An error occurred while saving the comment A guest should be able to be added to a registration by using an email address. If that email address is already on the contact list it should bring in the name and contact info without the person entering it.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a high priority item for us. As an Administrator of our site, I need the ability to find contacts that have uploaded a file attachment to a particular field on their contact record so that I don't have to search through 1000+ records to find those people that have uploaded an attachment file. I need the ability to track new people that uploaded attachments.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a HIGH PRIORITY ITEM for us. Should be easy to implement. Can you prioritize this high on your product backlog?

An error occurred while saving the comment This seems like an easy change, and I see from the comments that there is demand for it over several years. Why can't this be implemented soon?
An error occurred while saving the comment Common contact field visible to members or anybody, but ability to change by Admin only.
This would be very helpful to us to implement our badge program. Contacts/members earn badges from our organization. We want the Admin to be the only one to upload the image to the contact profile, but it be visible to members or anybody depending on what we select.

An error occurred while saving the comment Is Wild Apricot working on their own gadget to allow expandable/collapsible lists? I am not a developer, so adding a gadget to the page is much easier than trying to decipher that JavaScript/HTML code. I would like a gadget to do this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Our association would take advantage of this as well. It would work much like upcoming events (gadget) in a Newsletter. Meaning, I would want to pick the event tags included in the email and the number of upcoming events with those event tags to include in the email. I would be able to select the event macros to format the newsletter. In another thread I suggested an "Event Promo text", which is a shorter version of the event details that would be more appropriate for newsletter publication.

An error occurred while saving the comment Current functionality:
In event listing you can define event details and extra information for confirmation email.Desired functionality:
Would like to add section for event promo or synopsis that can be used for Newsletter email. This would be short description to raise awareness and give brief description of event. This would be a field in the event that would have macro that can be used in event email or email template.Aaron Whittenberger, CBAP, CSPO, AAC, CPOA supported this idea ·
I will add my desire for this feature to be escalated to be in the next release of software. This is long overdue and should be easy to deliver. You already have emails configurable on the event, we just need to be able to configure them to be sent after the event occurs. Having the ability to send follow-up emails (2 or 3 of them) would be very beneficial as we do it for all our events.
The workarounds suggested in earlier comments is over-burdensome on our chapter leadership and makes for a mess that must eventually be cleaned up.
This feature needs escalated to the top of the list to work on. Your community has been telling you this for years.
