  1. Membership Past Performance Reports Needed!

    Wild Apricot needs to find a way to capture membership numbers from the past. A past performance report has been requested by 2 of our clients. Again, Memberclicks offers this feature. I know this because one of our other clients uses that system. Please advise me of a way to do this if I am wrong.

  2. Daily membership

    I'd like to see a daily membership option added. My application for the software is a little different than most but I do see a few similar requests and it doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to add that option. Thanks

  3. renewal policy settings

    I really need a setting for Renewal Policy of Membership Levels that allows me to say payment does not have to be received before Membership is approved. (as there is in the New Member Application)

  5. More search parameters for member list

    Love how easy Wild Apricot made the managing of our members. Would appreciate more options for sorting/searching the member list, eg. be able to search for renewals due NEXT month; and be able to sort the member list by renewal date or status.

  6. How Many People Join for One Year and Don't Renew?

    We would like to know how many members join once (for a year) and don't renew. This would be a number that we would target to decrease over time. We want to know if our efforts of retaining members is working over time. Looking at the total membership numbers doesn't give that information. Knowing the average length of time a member stays would be useful.

  7. Membership proof & LinkedIn

    Membership Cards: it would be beneficial for our organization if membership cards could be linked and displayed on a LinkedIn account via their "certification" program: (https://addtoprofile.linkedin.com/) We believe one of the main values that our organization provides to members is the ability to publicly prove that members are active in communities, in furthering their education, and networking in their profession. However, it is easy for anyone to "fake" membership on LinkedIn and we have no control over this.   9. Customize Member Login portal to include Terms of Waiver option

    How does one get members (like auto renewal members) to accept newly created terms that fall outside of the renewal life cycle?

    While I understand the logic of having it tied to the renewal event, I am suggesting that there be a method to force the acceptance at next login vs. solely tied to renewal. This is a common practice on many websites today.

  10. Multi locations for members

    We need the ability to add multiple locations to a members. Some of our retail members have several locations. Because we have to use contacts for these (and to appear on our website correctly), we have no options for a separate billing email or and owner vs a manager.

  11. Allow larger pictures in member fields

    While you can add pictures as a member field, the images are too small to be of any real use. (110x110?) Please increase the image size limit. Other files up to 20mb can be uploaded, why not a picture of usable size?

  12. Allow different membership levels for bundle

    I have business owners that own different business types which also have different membership fees. Bundle Administrators (Owners) should be able to have any type of member types assigned to them. They do not have multiple email address which is currently required. Also as a Bundle Administrator, I have to assign them personally as a member type that associates with the business type which then the system wants to charge them for. They are paying for the registered business they are the BA for. This has caused issues.

  13. Enhancement for Group Participation Management

    Group participation can now be controlled by members during application or profile with a multiple choice drop down box. How difficult would it be to change that to a multiple choice drop down box with extra charge?? Then we could optionally charge for access to certain pages as a second level premium service. Since pages can be restricted by membership level and group participation, why can't you automatically bill for both, without getting an admin involved in assigning group participants? Also, would be good to be able to manage which groups are included in the multiple choice dropdown so ones…

  14. Prorate Renewals of Exisiting Members

    My new members get a discounted fee for 12 months. At the end of their 12th month they need to pay full membership dues but prorated to the end of the calendar year. I would like to be able to automatically prorate renewals for existing members in mid year.

  16. Ability to change membership level when Pending Renewal

    Members not being able to change their membership level when they are in "pending renewal" is a huge hassle for them and for administering membership. I'm sure there is some logical reason for the limitation, but it sure is frustrating.

  17. Empty Bundle Member Slots

    Hi.

    We have a bunch of members that as Bundle Administrators need to fill in the bundle members.

    We need to build a query where Used so far < Bundle limit so that we can send them an email asking them to complete their membership.

  19. Note death of member

    It appears that there is no way to mark a member as deceased. We want to keep the information about the member and show relevant info about them (including date of death) but remove their email address from future mailings.

  20. Add more options to customize level change

    To be able to control renewal setting and the ability to extend renewal date by one additional period for members who are interested in changing their membership level with a specific date.

    If a member changes a level prior to July 1st (the specified renewing period),, we should have the ability to be able to extended this property, as this member has already renewed/applied for that level.
