An error occurred while saving the comment Ed T commentedI got a happy birthday from my dentist and thought it was very cool; clearly generated by his practice software but even though i know that still was a nice "personal" touch Invested some time and figured out how to make mailchimp do it and send a happy birthday message with a free coupon. Keep getting "thank you" emails from people who think that somehow I personally did this for them - well I did - kind of. The stumbling block now is I have yet another database (mailchimp) that I need to track and keep updated. Have WA do this would be soooo much easier - it really encourages customer loyalty!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed T commentedI presently have 50 membership levels (half of them could be eliminated if we could assign a member to either automatic recurring payments or not without having to create a level for each). Because there are so many levels when once gets to the bottom of the screen with the column totals one can no longer see what the total was for! So could we also have a column header at the bottom of the page as well as at the top.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed T commentedWe have just met with our marketing consultant who feels that to get people to join it is very very important to offer a low introductory rate and then if they do not cancel they automatically get bumped up to a higher rate. So in our case we would put people on a monthly plan at $99 for the first month and if they didn't cancel it would then increase to $199. In our case they wuld then be making a commitment for say six months so I would also like to see a recurring billing plan feature that would allow one to specify how many months the recurring plan would be in effect - otherwise if we are offering a six month program and the participant is expecting the billing to end at month six we would not have to remember to go back and cancel - the member certainly wouldn't be happy if they got billed in month seven under this scenario

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed T commentedOne of the uses I have for mail chimp is to send out Happy Birthday reminders - if WA had the functionality I might not need mail chimp anymore!
1) Better way to identify/act on records which are Active but overdue (maybe add one more renewal action step?)
2) If someone does owe backpay and is way overdue (more than the whole full renewal period), force them to catch up in full (vs, current functionality where they would only pay for one renewal period and would still not be fully caught up)
I agree with post of these suggestions - however no matter how you slice it and dice it the whole process to way too confusing for customers on the front and end us on the backend. The ultimate solution is to create a wizard that simplified the whole process and asks appropriate clarifying questions along the way that lay people can understand.
