I would like a list of users that are subscribed to a forum. If not the list, maybe a count.

If this includes the number of people subscribed to an interest group that has a maximum number it can support, add me in! Ours close to new members when they reach a specific number, typically due to the venue, but there's no easy way to know this.

We are keen to be able to see a list of forum subscribers as well. A basic count is not sufficient for us.

Agreed with this, and we'd like more administrator control over forum subscriptions in general, including the ability to subscribe members to forums and topics (and allow them to un-subscribe themselves, of course).

Can we run a search to see what members are subscribed to a specific forum?

I agree that we need an admin report that lists who has subscribed to a forum. We use both Google Groups and also Wild Apricot Forums. I occasionally get requests for a list of who is getting the emails.
Can't do it (easily) today for the Forums. -

I would love to see a list of all those that have subscribed to the many forums on our site. Currently, I can see if a given person has subscribe within their email settings, but that is cumbersome to search through 100 people to find out if 15 of them have subscribed to one of the forums.

We are sending membership information and benefits through posts through the forums, in place of a listserv which was not working. Since we could not force subscribing to forums, a report to generate who has and who has not subscribed would be helpful on the administrative side. We want to be sure our members are getting notified of announcements and benefits!!

We have many forums on our site and it's becoming very important that we know who has subscribed to a forum. Also, I'm not seeing a way to add a user to a forum. Is there a way to do that without creating a group?

I've just installed the forum, which should be a great way to engage with our members. But as there is no way of knowing who or how many people subscribe to the forum we cannot really use it. We would have no idea whether anyone is reading or even interested in what we post in the forum. A simple list in the admin panel somewhere would make this feature usable.

Why not? It seems like this would be pretty easy to do... There must already be a file in the system of who is subscribed...

This would be within the administrators area but essential to have list and even to be able to set up members into more than one forum and set their level of permission, read write edit etc

Is this a list on your website or within your administrative panel?
