In other words, you want to hide some searches on the mobile app, correct? Funny, we had this in very initial app design but excluded in first release.

It's not about monthly or annual - it's about recurring payments. Due to specifics of integration with some payment systems, we could not properly handle discounts initially (e.g. we were not able to charge a discount just for application and then do not charge it in consequent recurring charges), so we disabled it for recurring payments.
We will get to this some day.

Not monthly (they are allowed), only those with recurring payments active.
This is what it says on the page: "Note: Discount coupons cannot be used with Membership levels that are free or that use Automatic recurring payments "

I have no answer, Antonio. We will have to take it into our Roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap - and we won't until we have at least 10 authors here.
Meanwhile, can you please describe the overall scenario / task you want to accomplish? The more details you provide, the easier it for us to move forward.

Well, I do not think we will be able to connect in the nearest future - there can be plenty of different card reader system on market, each one with its own connection interface, requiring different programming (similar to payment processors). Until it's widely requested and we are able to figure our key market players in this area, chances are slim that we will have any progress here.
Instead, I would suggest using our API to connect WA and any other system together (assuming it supports API access).

When members renew their membership, the form contains all the profile fields, this part of the process. How would you see the process in your case?

So, in a very simple way it can be a checkbox they have to check before being allowed to proceed with their renewal? Like terms of use?

Do you want to disable the whole Finances module for your account (like it will not work for membership as well), or it's only for specific cases - like events, or even specific events?

I assume that you do not want to use Finances at all - remove the tab, do not generate invoices for membership, do not have payment receipts, etc. Is this correct?

Part of it will be covered in http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825587-ability-to-submit-forum-posts-by-email-to-use-fo , so I rename this thread and make it focused on customization of forum notification emails. This way, each organization will be able to have their own version of email.

I believe that both of your requests are covered here - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825575-limit-number-of-selection-for-individual-registrat - if you present your sessions as registration form options (e.g. set of checkboxes)

Am I right that you set up each table as a separate Registration type, so you can limit number of registrations for for each type? I would suggest using special checkblox list (or any other list type field) in your registration form and make it mandatory to choose. The list is all your table.

Are you talking about emails coming from Wild Apricot company? Like billing, etc.? Or all email altogether, including something like copy of membership application confirmation email?

Good point. For now, as a workaround, you can right-click you mouse on white area where images are shown and there you will see "View" option in the context menu.

Hi Ali,
unfortunately there is no currently a way to limit/hide specific registration type by group - only by level. So in your case the only choice is to place you and other members into special membership level.
But your point is very good and I'll move this thread into our wishlist forum - so everybody can leave a comment and vote.

I think that better approach would be adding Groups into Registration type settings.
Now they have only Membership levels, but if we also have groups, then you can setup registration type availability much more flexible. For example, in your case, "certain member of our organization" will be part of some group, and you will have special registration type that is available fro this group only.
Would it be better solution for the problem?

In the end of this year we will be rolling out new version of WA with completely new abilities in Content Management module. Part of the changes are controlling access level of events and ability to hide events based on level or/and group.

Right now you can workaround this by using registration types closed by code and send the code to specific members only.

Makes sense - we do show "Spaces left" in event details when total even limit is defined, but we don't show limits for particular registration type. I think we just missed this during design.
I will keep this post under Usability category so we can prioritize it in further development.
What do you want to be able to see/review?
