  5. Product Discount Code

    We would like to be able to have a discount code for store items.

    We have two stores, one for external members and one for our facilitators. With that said, we have facilitators grandfathered into a lower price on a product and I don't see any way of giving them a code. We don't want the lower price to be shown to other facilitators.

  6. Discount or Coupon Codes for Store Purchases

    We would like the ability to give a discount or coupon code to new members to be applied to store purchases. This would be an incentive for new members to purchase merchandise with our logo. Currently, you only offer discount or coupon codes to be applied to events and memberships. Specifically, I would like to give a $5 or $10 coupon code which members can apply during check out.

  7. Catalog Free-form Text Variant

    One of the items in our catalog is for name badges. But there does not seem to be an option to add a free-form text box. Some members order multiple badges with nicknames or first name vs first & last names.

  8. More Variants and Shipping Options

    The Online Store need the more flexibility in variants and shipping options.
    I need a variant for an up-charge for larger sizes (e.g.sizes larger than XL) along with the ability to have size and color as variants.
    I need the ability to define shipping options by products; with the shipping cost automatically generated if the customer selects the option to be shipped versus being Picked Up

  9. Additional detail on "Order" page

    We just started using the online store this year and think that on the "Order" page there should be a tab for the "Item purchased" We have a few different sponsorship opportunities going on and in order to see who purchased what we have to go into each order (which is tedious).

  10. Product reports

    Reporting on sales in the online store needs to be improved. It is impossible to know which customer purchased which product unless you manually chart the sales by clicking through to individual invoices. This is an impossible task with a high order volume.

    Please create a point of sale checkout option. We hold five events per year at which we have a "trading post" and sell our merchandise. Being as we are volunteer run, an online-only shipping store isn't conducive.

  13. Fulfil multiple orders in bulk

    The Orders summary screen is way too basic. At the moment, fulfilling orders has to be done individually by opening each order. It should be possible to select multiple orders on the summary screen and fulfill them all at once.

    It would be very useful to have the Breadcrumbs gadget work from individual product pages so that customers can navigate back to the section list. For now I have followed the suggestion to add a link to the Online Store Product System page.

  15. unique emails

    Custom Unique Emails for Store Purchases. Example: We sell online courses (not through WA Store) and when the customer purchases the course they get an automatic email with the link to the specific online course they purchased. Sending a manual email after the purchase does not work for us or our customers. We would like to use the WA Store, but currently can not, due to this issue.

  16. Select shipping and pick up options for each product

    I like that I can add delivery and shipping options to my store, however, the way it works does not work for me at all. I need to be able to choose which delivery and shipping options are valid for each product. I have some products that are pick-up only, and others that can be shipped. And for the pick up, some items will get picked up in a different location. I want to be able to choose which options are valid for each product.

  17. Different prices for the different variations of product

    I see that you can list variations on a item in the store. However, you cannot list different prices for the different variations. An example would be we sell postcards in quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000. The different quantities cost different amounts. It would be nice to have the option rather than listing each quantity as a new product.

  18. Export/Import Capabilities

    We need a way to export a list of open items to process them by different people in our club (name, shipping address, method of shipment, order #, each item ordered, qty ordered, variants, etc.) We are operating a single WA site for five Chapters. We would then sort the exported file by item description (we have coded each of our items for sale with a Chapter code). Send the file out to the applicable Chapters for processing of their orders.     Ability to map our customer's address information stored in Contacts to the Ship To: address fields that appear when a store order checkout is being performed. Include the ability to overwrite the address if desired by our customer.

  20. Admin able to edit store order

    As an Admin, I would like to be able to modify a store order.

    Scenario: Someone purchased 2 identical store items by mistake (set the quantity to 2 instead of 1). I want to change it to just 1. My only option is to cancel the order and have the contact place a new order.

    I'd like to be able to modify the order, which would update the invoice, and would keep the overpayment as a credit on the contact's account.
