Silent Auction
Has anyone set up a Silent Auction using the WA event/registration system? I have a feeling that this is going to be a pretty difficult thing to do.
If they have are there any tips they can give me before I dive into planning this event?
Thank you!

For those who search, there is an article about Silent Auctions in our Academy: https://www.wildapricot.com/articles/silent-auctions-simplified

Charts and visualizations
We're always looking for ways to make Wild Apricot more useful, and also more exciting and fun. One thing that can actually do both is the use of graphs and visualizations. They're handy to track progress of your activities, and can also be put into sideshows and reports. We've had a lot of people ask for a way to quickl summarize their organization in a series of charts
Like anything cool and fun (and useful!) it can take a while to develop them, and there's nothing we dislike more than spending a lot of time on something that doesn't meet…

Membership check-in system to track members visits
An easy way to check-in (and track) paid members, daily. Ideally, this functionality can be assigned to a restricted user (e.g. staff member you do not want to give admin access to). I would also like to pull check-in reports by date range or member. Information collected at check-in: Member's name, number, membership level, # of member attendees, # of guests. Thank you!

Prevent event registration until you're paid up
We would like a way to prevent people (members and nonmembers) with unpaid invoices from registering for events.

Ability to create database fields that can be filled out separately from the membership application
I'm creating a website for a social organization. They would love to have "extended profile" fields (such as interests, hobbies, etc.) that are not part of the initial membership application. They worry that including a ton of fields in the membership application might increase the barrier for signing up, so these need to be separate from the application so that members can fill them out later.

wiki
What is the feasibility of having WA add the ability to create a wiki as part of their webpage building suite of tools?

tracking where members or visitors are coming from
I'd like to be able to see where our memberships are coming from using tracking or source codes - the link to the order form including parameters that get written to the summary pages.
In this way we would be able to see whether our orders came from (say) which websites we ran ads on, or which email lists we used.

New feature request: Set a date to be able to archive a member at a future date.
Being able to set a date to archive a member at a future date. For instance, it is Nov 1st and I want to archive a member at the end of December.

Print version of newsletter matches the display (monitor) version
When we create a newsletter using the new email editor, it displays one way on desktop monitor but then prints out in the mobile device format. If someone prints out our newsletter to distribute we want it to display as it does on the computer monitor...not as it shows on a mobile device. Please fix...thank you!

Would like a report that lists all the trainings/events for a certain period in time, e.g., July 1, 2019- June 30, 2020.
Would like to be able to generate more robust reports for events. One I would like to see is that lists all the trainings/events for a certain period in time, e.g., July 1, 2019- June 30, 2020.

Optional Print Envelope Feature
Wishlist - it would be so nice if there were an "envelope" option in each profile to print an envelope with the member address instead of copy and pasting it in another location to do this feature. Suggestion only.

time slot bookings for appointments
To be able to create and "event" with time slots in it. We provide our members with some professional services like Reflexology, Podiatry, Tax Clinics etc. We need a way to book time slots (appointments) for these services.

Outreach Tab
My organization needs to track members interests, without cluttering additional fields under the members tab. We are using events for this purpose, since we can customize fields. We have to ignore date of, and other event-related fields. It would be great to have a separate tab without the event-specific fields. Also, looking at using for 'member interests', 'member suggestions', and 'volunteer opportunities'. Since it would function similar to events, might not be too hard an addition-

Dropbox-like functionality
I think it would be helpful to add a "Dropbox" type service to Wild Apricot, or provide some sort of seamless linking to Dropbox type services.

Dynamic Watermarks on Member Only Content
ability to add dynamic watermarks to PDFs and other documents in a Members only section of the site, with the ability for the site admin to determine what that watermark will be... similar to: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/doc.1111/e10978/c06_watermark.htm#CSMRC697

Functionality for attendees to review and rank events
I find myself wanting to gather (monitored) reviews from attendees of events my organization has. I've considered using forum, but so far not getting excited about that. Would like ranking stars or symbols.
anyone have some ideas?

Member Websites
I would like to see Wild Apricot offer member websites as an add-on option to association members.
The profiles are great and the ability to link to the members website is also good. But most members would appreciate having a website they could edit themselves instead of a static site they have to hire a webmaster to change.
Member websites could offer the same templates as association sites but minus the association functionality that we need.
