Charts and visualizations
We're always looking for ways to make Wild Apricot more useful, and also more exciting and fun. One thing that can actually do both is the use of graphs and visualizations. They're handy to track progress of your activities, and can also be put into sideshows and reports. We've had a lot of people ask for a way to quickl summarize their organization in a series of charts
Like anything cool and fun (and useful!) it can take a while to develop them, and there's nothing we dislike more than spending a lot of time on something that doesn't meet your needs.
So we'd love to hear from you: Are there any charts that you can imagine using a lot? For example, we had one person ask about a chart that compared the new members that month against those that left or were up for renewal. Some people like a graph representing total donations. Would these benefit you? What others ones would help? How would you use them in your organization?

I'd love to be able to add a graph widget onto a page so I can easily update any data in the Admin section.
I would also love to be able to show Members locations on a Google map!

We currently have to do this manually for our "Who are our Members" section which has charts on title, location, responsibilities (which we track), etc. It's hard to update and doesn't stay current.

Another chart that would be very valuable would be members vs non-members registered for events.
Thanks

We absolutely support a quick easy way to track new vs renewals vs lapsed (or not renewing members) each month and yearly.... Currently I export this data into a spreadsheet for our board to review each month... Now that I've got it down it's not such a big deal BUT it would be SO awesome for others to be able to export this data quickly and to have it quickly viewable in a chart!!!!!
IN this chart we'd like to see a dollar figure that represents the amount of income that each set of data represents. (this doesn't have to be exact. ie take into account prorated dues or anything else... BUT it might be a generic calculation such as x number of individuals lapsed at $X dues = $X in income OR maybe have the membership numbers broken down by category so we can easlily make these calculations.... )
YES that one has my vote!!!!!

However... I think we have SO many more pressing things we really want WA to develop...i wouldn't support this feature coming before any of these below we want so badly.
1 invoicing and receipts for renewals including ability to prorate and adjust amounts
2 membership cards online for print by members with info from profiles
3 ability to set up payment plans that are automatically managed through WA
