  1. More flexibility in renewal messaging

    We need more flexibility in the configuration of automatic messages around renewal:
    1. We would like to send out the first reminder as an advance announcement before sending the invoice.
    2. The current post renewal date messaging allows only two phases. We would like to have three:
    Phase 1. 1st overdue warning (grace period notice)
    Phase 2. 2nd overdue notice, membership changed to „lapsed“
    Phase 3: 3rd overdue notice, membership suspended and renewal invoice voided
    As it stands now, we must perform phase 3 manually. This requires individually voiding and editing each renewal invoice and individually suspending each unpaid membership,…

  2. Manage Group Participants by Membership Level

    Groups: Add members to a group by Membership Level so we can have multiple membership levels automatically added.

    Example 1:
    Our membership organization has different levels of Supporting Partners, but they are all Vendors. We track them within the Membership Levels alongside our Members. Would like to have a "Vendor Group" As new vendors come on board or others discontinue sponsorship, they would automatically be added to Vendors simply by virtue of the Memebership Level they belong to--NOT individually added (which is easy to forget to do and difficult manage).

  3. Member Check-In

    We need a way for members to check in and make sure their membership is within date. Our members pay a monthly fee to use our facilities and need to be paid up each month. If a QR code could be implemented so that it can be scanned when they enter and the membership date be displayed on the scanning device it would be extremely helpful.     featured member gadget allow access to all fields

    The Featured member Gadget is a great addition. We would like to have the ability to access any contact or member fields with this gadget. As an example, we are a league of artists and use the store to sell member art online. To make a page that will populate automatically, we currently have a page that uses a page template to have the correct header and footer, with an additional Back to Shop by Artist link.     It would be helpful if there were a longer list of "most active members". Snapshot of 5 is great but the option to see more, up to at least 50 would help an organization know what kind of engagement they really have.

  6. Transfer of recurring profile from one bundle admin to another

    having the option of associating a recurring profile to a bundle as a whole not just the admin. So when an admin is changed, there is an option to transfer over recurring profile from one admin to another without cancelling. This is for organizations who use the same credit card information for payment but bundle admin may change.

  7. Individual Member Directory Page

    We are an association of wedding vendors and though we love the usability of WildApricot, we're struggling with the member directory feature. We'd like to suggest the ability for vendors (members) to have their own page on the site, featuring their work as a snapshot of their portfolio for potential clientele searching our site. These would be categorized by vendor type (ex. photographer, cake artist, etc.). We are considering making the jump to using Wild Apricot, along with the website features, however this is the biggest concern since there is no current parent to child page formatting or gadgets to…

    In light of the current COVID19 situation, with various countries and their lockdown issues not allowing social activities, is it possible for you to implement a membership pause feature.   9. expiration

    Allow 0 in the "Limit renewal to within --- days of expiration" field in the renewal policy of a membership level. Currently, the field allows positive integers only. The minimum value it accepts is 1. which allows members to renew 1 day before the membership expiry date. My organization does not want that.

    Would it be possible to link corporate bundles. For example, where there are two or more departments within the same organization; however, each department would like its own bundle with its own administrator.

  13. Group Limits set by Administrator

    I really need a limit on the number of participants in Group Management. After you set the limit, once the number is reached an individual can not register for that group (grayed out). Please contact me (843-341-5846) if you need more explanation.

    Membership Cards: it would be beneficial for our organization if membership cards could be linked and displayed on a LinkedIn account via their "certification" program: (https://addtoprofile.linkedin.com/) We believe one of the main values that our organization provides to members is the ability to publicly prove that members are active in communities, in furthering their education, and networking in their profession. However, it is easy for anyone to "fake" membership on LinkedIn and we have no control over this.   15. Customize Member Login portal to include Terms of Waiver option

    How does one get members (like auto renewal members) to accept newly created terms that fall outside of the renewal life cycle?

    While I understand the logic of having it tied to the renewal event, I am suggesting that there be a method to force the acceptance at next login vs. solely tied to renewal. This is a common practice on many websites today.

  17. Limited bundle registration based on payment made

    Our membership is made up from municipalities from all over Colorado. Some of these municipalities require that a single person register and pay for all of the individuals from that facility. I've set up a bundle and added the option to have the person indicate the number of additional users they're registering, but since that will vary from site to site, I had to put a generic cap on the number of max users in a bundle.

    Is there a way to limit the number of memberships they can create based on the number of users they have paid for…

  19. Route Membership Notices To Specific Manager For That Membership Type

    Hi.

    Right now, renewal notices go to the member and/or the site administrator. Various people may handle different renewals. We have a golf pro handling gold renewals, and someone else handles swimming renewals.

    It would be great to have renewal notices directed to the appropriate coordinator, and be added to those that would be notified.

  20. closing member level to all registrations including lapsed members

    Wild Apricot is structured so that lapsed members can always renew their memberships. This is a problem for us.
    Some of our membership levels have a maximum enrollment, controlled by the size of our facility.

    We want to be able to close registration for those member levels, when we reach capacity.

    But there is no way to prevent lapsed members from re-enrolling, no matter how what we do.

    But we want lapsed members to remain lapsed - not suspended - up until we reach capacity. For obvious reasons - it is easy for a lapsed member to re-up, it is…
