additional action for status change after due date
I would like for there to be one more action in the renewal settings for members. Currently there are 2 reminders after the payment due date. I see the first (15 days after due date) as an additional reminder, The second one (30 days after) as "your grace period has ended and now you are in lapsed status", and I'd like a 3rd time setting for changing their status to archived. We would really like the ability to add a second of third avatar to a members profile so that we can add at picture of the members partner. Our club is a very social club and partners attend on all occasions but sometimes identifying them can be difficult. Also, because we are a car club it is important for our members to be able to link the car to the member. A third avatar would allow us to do this.

Company Logo should automatically show for all members once added to the bundle admins profile
When a bundle admin adds their company logo, same SHOULD automatically appear at everyone's listing that is in that bundle. If they work for the same company, they obviously all have the same logo. It is crazy and a huge waste of time to have to go to each individual representative of that company to add the logo. Please update that field so that all members of the same bundle automatically have the company logo that the bundle admin has. ~ Thank you!

Changes to bundles needed!
I called and spoke to technical support about the bundle option. I have several agencies that I would love to setup using the bundle however, it seems the bundle can only be programmed as a set dollar amount. That is totally useless for organizations that have annual dues for members. We want to be able to give an agency the ability to add employees to their bundle and delete them when an employee leaves but they would need to pay the annual dues for each person as they add them instead of having a set number which they may or…

Membership Past Performance Reports Needed!
Wild Apricot needs to find a way to capture membership numbers from the past. A past performance report has been requested by 2 of our clients. Again, Memberclicks offers this feature. I know this because one of our other clients uses that system. Please advise me of a way to do this if I am wrong.

Membership proof & LinkedIn
Membership Cards: it would be beneficial for our organization if membership cards could be linked and displayed on a LinkedIn account via their "certification" program: (https://addtoprofile.linkedin.com/) We believe one of the main values that our organization provides to members is the ability to publicly prove that members are active in communities, in furthering their education, and networking in their profession. However, it is easy for anyone to "fake" membership on LinkedIn and we have no control over this. A way to notify leaders of new membership in their area
Hello,
Currently, we have members select a chapter affiliation when they sign up in WA. It would be great if there could be a notification sent to specific people if their chapter was selected.
For example, we have several chapters that would like to know how many members they attracted and just have a current list in general. I have to pull up a report every so often to give them a list of members who selected their chapter. It would be wonderful if there was a way for me to set up notifications for each chapter so when someone…

Allow known person to apply for membership
Allow non-member to apply for membership if they are already known to Wild Apricot. If someone's email is already "known" to Wild Apricot (because they attended an event or paid for something) they cannot apply as a member. We require more info than is in the system but the person cannot login to supply that info until they've been approved. A real catch-22.

Geographic member field
It would be great if you could develop a filter on the membership registration form, which could distinguish members by geographic area. So by postal code or ZIP code (in the U.S.). This is a feature some of your competitors offer, and we really need this feature to provide our service. Thanks!

Flexibility on which contact/membership field as the official membership-holder
Our organization is an association, so our members ARE organizations, as an entity, NOT the indviduals in the contact fields. The work-arounds for this are not working. Currently, if the official contact individual changes for that org, we either have to (a) edit all the fields around the org name to match the new contact's info and lose/archive the old contact info from our records, or (b) create a new membership and lose continuity of membership records.

Membership Cards - Allow creation of multiple cards per family
I would like to be able to print an individual membership card for every person in a family. Right now I am limited to only doing one card per contact. I'd like to be able to create additional cards for each additional contact in the meter profile.

Dues Bi-weekly
Our dues are paid by payroll deduction from members biweekly paychecks'. The employer sends one check with list of people who payed dues. Need a way to track these payments.

Custom fields with multiple parts and "add another" functionality
Enhance custom fields on members and contacts to support tracking of complex, variable length data. For example, we need to track the name, gender, and birthday of our members children. To do this we have one field where they enter all the names and then 5 different date fields. This is awkward all around. We don't have the data connected accurately because it's stored separately. And then if a member only has 1 or 2 kids there are extra fields hanging around. The search displays and directory widget displays are limited to 3 fields per column so we the data…

Adding name and address to Printable Membership Card file
The new membership cards are great. I would like to have the ability to modify the printable PDF file. Similar to the way we can "customize default membership emails" I would like have the ability to add the name and address to the printable file, so the membership administrator could print and mail out the card in a window envelope. Currently we export a members information and merge it in a Word Document, many steps and cumbersome. All that would be necessary would be the name and address. See attached file highlighted in yellow
