   Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.

   The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:

   • A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
   • Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
   • Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
   • Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
   • A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.

   
   

   We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here when we have an update.

    As the forum allows members to upload files to their posts, we use the forum module to allow members to display job postings. It would be great to have the ability to setup additional fields within a forum, so we can add fields such as 'Salary' or 'Closing Date' that the members could fill out when they post a position.
