Always display members' auto-renewal status on account
We need something prominent displaying on member accounts whether or not they are enrolled in auto-renew. We get hundreds of queries a year from members who can't tell if they're enrolled in auto-renewal or not after they've removed their payment info. There's nothing then displaying "You are no longer enrolled in auto-renewal" or confirming that they need to manually renew--and what's worse, there's still a line on their accounts that displays the membership level as having auto-renew enabled.

- Member renewal type — the status of whether a member renews automatically or manually — is now clearly visible to members on their profile and to admins on the member's record.
- Member renewal type is now available as an email macro.
- Membership levels can now be set up so members choose how they renew: automatically or manually.
- Renewal reminders now differ depending on whether members renew automatically or manually.

DMARC support in Wild Apricot emails
SPF alignment requires the Return-Path: to match our custom domain. Alas, WA forces it to account@wildapricot.org, causing 100% SPF failure. Amazon SES solves this with "Mail From Domain" settings, which require us setting the proper DNS records to have a subdomain MX to SES and they get their bounces this way and we get SPF management.
At present we're having a lot of SPAM/silent deletions of our emails due to SPF misalignment (We are 100% DKIM aligned), and this would help that issue.

Email Encryption
Emails need to be encrypted with Transport Layer Security. When we send emails to Gmail recipients, there is a warning icon indicating memberlodge.org did not encrypt this message.
This causes concern among our members that their information is being handled improperly.

Include an Order's Pickup Option in the Online Store Export
Now that it is possible to export Order Data (yeah!), it would be helpful to include the Pickup Option associated with an Order. My club offers multiple Pickup Option choices - locations/dates/times. Orders data can now be exported, but we don't know where are customers have chosen to pickup their purchases without reviewing order confirmations/emails.

Making the web store more usable
Our PTO has a spirit rock that we have families sign up to paint every year. We would love to be able to run this through our web store, but because you only allow a max of 10 option value per variant, we can't. This forces us to use a completely different website to allow families to reserve their date. If you would allow up to 25, that would solve the issue. Such a easy fix would be so helpful.

adding events to external calendar from email
When I send event emails and invitations I want to give people the option to add the event to their own calendar. The instructions in HELP say to append the event URL with "/export."
However, this doesn't seem to work. First of all, when I append the /export to the event URL in the body of my email, the whole URL is not clickable as one single URL. When I click on the "export" part of it, it does allow me to download a .ics file, but that is not my calendar application - I use Google calendar. Others use…

Enhance Webhooks with Data Values (Names, Titles, Dates)
The Wild Apricot Integration -> Webhooks feature is great but extremely limited. If you are trying to post #announcements into a Slack or Discord channel for example, you are only able to send the ID number of a Contact, Event or Invoice. There is no way to announce something like "John Doe has just become a member!" or "Jim posted 'Holiday Party Planning Meeting' on December 1st". List most recent updated items on the dashboard
For website with multiple administrators, it would be good to be able to see on the dashboard a list of the most recently updated items (last five). These could be listed on the right hand side of the current list of the longest time since last updated (last 5).

Required Fields Filled in Before Renewal is Completed
We have added a few required fields for new members and existing members. However, when you go to renew, the system does not note that the renewal remember has required fields that are now blank. If the member goes to edit profile, then the prompt is there to make sure required info is filled in. We have asked members to do this but we have 4000 members and it's not working voluntarily. We need a way to force members when they renew to make sure if their profile has "new required fields" that they are filled in before completing the…

Live link to pay online when you print/save invoice as a pdf
Currently when you download an invoice PDF via "preview and print" the "view invoice online" link is no longer live. Would be great if members could be connected to the portal where they don't have to login to their accounts to pay the invoice online from a PDF

linking store transactions to contacts
Please consider linking 'store' transactions to contacts. New customers would be valuable additions to Contacts and it would be helpful to have a record of money spent on our organization/non profit

On login screen add icon to allow viewing of password. An eye icon is the norm.
With the number of passwords being used having the option to view the password typed allows for corrections of miss-typed entries. Use of an eye icon to see the type password is becoming common.

Non-URLQuery token option for webhooks.
The Webhook's authorization settings are fairly limiting and leave a lot to be desired. The existing token system only allows for a urlquery based token auth and despite having a field for a name doesn't allow you to change the key for said query. At least as far as I can tell. Having an option for an authorization header, the ability to change the key in a query auth, and more authorization schemes, in general, would be beneficial for increasing integration on various 3rd party applications

Sort/Filter and Search on online store products page
It would be really helpful if we could filter and sort the items in the online store products page. Right now we have to scroll through a long list to see what is out of stock and what is available. If there are only a few items it isn;t a big deal but it makes inventory management very challenging with a long list of items.

Ability to register on waitlist from member app
Provide the ability for a member to register on the waitlist of an event from the Member App. Currently, if an event sells out, the only way to register on the waitlist is from the website. This is unfortunate as we have been pushing our members to use the app for all registrations. Please add this ability.

Refund Email Sent from AffiniPay
The Wild Apricot process for canceling events and refunding attendees is multifaceted and cumbersome. Added irritation comes from the inability of AffiniPay to email refund recipients when their original payments were processed through Wild Apricot. The system generated messages from AffiniPay for refunds are NOT sent to those receiving refunds. Refund recipients would like proof of their refund which were not distributed from AffiniPay because their payment was processed through Wild Apricot.

Ability to sell event registrations at door to credit cards
Currently no way to sell tickets at the door - you have to tell walkins to pay cash or use a check... Admin App should allow door ticket sales just like eventbrite does where you can scan a credit card and sell tickets ad hoc..
