  1. Consolidated Invoice to Non-Member/Contact

    We have bundles but the person who pays is invariably not a member (nor should they be). We have no way to send a bundle invoice to a non-member for payment. This is causing a LOT of issues.

    In addition, we often need to manually create an invoice to set up an invoice outside of WA to allow an organization to pay for memberships and open event invoices for a single payment.

    This is an extremely painful and manual process. Sometimes, we can find a way to do this (please see attached example), but most of the time, we can't.

  2. Need transaction description to go to PayPal

    Want more information to be passed to PayPal from Wild Apricot (e.g. what payment is for - membership, event payment) and which program a donation is being directed to (e.g. 1st fundraising campaign, 2nd fundraising campaign).

  3. Full-stack finance management in Wild Apricot

    Add a managing finances overall the organization...

    I mean not only membership and event payments but overheads and all clerical /admin chores... because all of that still lives in Excel :(

  5. Batch voiding/deleting invoices

    There should be a "Void & Delete" invoice button which allows both steps to be done in one hit rather that having to Void the invoice then delete it.

    Would also be a helpful feature if you could void & delete a batch of invoices. Eg invoices 1009 to 1100

  6. Improve void invoice workflow

    When voiding an invoice, it would be good to be able to enter a reason, that would be put in the internal notes. as to why this action is being taken.

    At the moment one has to edit the invoice, add the reason, save the invoice and then void it. Clunky work-flow!

    Provide a way to group multiple invoices for different members to be selected/grouped/paid by a single individual payment. This IS NOT a capability of membership bundling. I want each membership to remain in a separate record, but I need the ability for a single invoice to accumulate charges for multiple individuals. For example, I have one organization that has 4 individual memberships in our organization for their employees. They want the ability to make a single payment that covers all 4 membership renewals rather than having to log into each record and make 4 individual payments. This also occurs when…

  8. Omit blank address lines on invoices and receipts

    Invoices and receipts - we would like the functionality to omit the blank line that is printed when there is no information in the 2nd address line. We often get requests to mail invoices. The blank line has caused some postal delivery issues.

  9. choose transactions (not dates) to be exported to QuickBooks.

    I would like to see a button that says "export transactions since last time exported" instead of choosing a date(s) to transfer information to QuickBooks. If I transfer membership invoices and payments on a certain date and then someone comes along and renews a short time later I have to export that entire day again. So when I have to export that day again QuickBook assigns the invoice numbers twice and I have to go into QB and delete the 2nd invoice numbers.

  10. Add purchase order numbers to invoices

    Hello,
    We are seeing more of our members introduce a procurement process which involves the use of purchase order numbers that need to be referenced on our invoices to facilitate payment. Is this something that Wild Apricot is aware of and do you have any plans to update the platform to enable purchase orders to be added to invoices once they have been received?

    Within that many of these systems require invoices to be emailed to an "accountspayable" email address as an attachment. At the moment the only way we can send an invoice as an attachment is to copy…

  13. Automatically apply credits at payment screen

    User account credits to be easily applied or automatically applied to any purchase they make including event registration. Currently there's no one click way for them to apply their credit to their registration. It should honestly automatically happen.

  14. Add user ID as account number

    We have hit a road-block with our credit union.

    As we were attempting to set up online payment so that members cold pay directly from the Credit Union (vs. using PayPal), our CU informed us that we need an account # on the invoice.
    When we are creating the invoice, it shows the user along with their user ID#
    However, when the actual invoice is created, the system drops their ID # and only shows their name.

  15. disable online payments for manual invoices

    I would like the ability to disable the member from paying online when creating manual invoices. We have instances where we prefer to have a check because of the transaction fees. The ability to choose which tender is accepted for an individual invoice would be nice.

  18. Single Comprehensive Itemized Income Report

    Would like to see a more robust and comprehensive reporting feature for monthly income—something that would be sufficient to deliver to the treasurer so they can post totals to QB. For example, would like to create excel report that displays all of the invoice options and payment status options for a specific period, but in one report (membership, donations, manual invoices, fully paid, partially paid, unpaid. These would need to be itemized. I don't need the graphs, just the subtotals.
