Modify Screen for "Guest" of Registrant
For an event, when registering a guest, don't show the "guest" entry again at the bottom of his/her entry. It's very confusing to the user.

calendar and annual events
Creating repeating events on a monthly basis is great. You can choose the 2nd Thursday of every month and it is created.
Try to do this with annual for Holidays that remain on specific 2nd, 3rd etc Sundays or Thursdays or....Holidays like Thanksgiving, Veteran's Day, Mother/Father's Days.
It should be trivial to have the same functionality (and consistency) for both Monthly/Annual calendar events

Emailing Event Delegates
When our Members register for events, for them to receive Member rates, they must use the email address associated with their Member profile in Wild Apricot; however, these Members often register delegates within their organization who have a different email address. By doing so, the delegates will still receive Member rates. These delegates do not have access to check the emails sent to the organization's log-in email. So, to email delegates before, during and after events, I have to export the delegates list and send emails through Outlook. Please create a system in which organizations can get Member rates for…

Ability to register multiple attendees from one org. for our conference. Frist price for one, second price for each additional.
We would like to offer one price for first attendee from a member organization, another price for each additional attendee. In addition, a third price for "guests" who will only be attending the meals at the conference. Recognize there is a difference between "Attendees" and "guests". Attendees attend the full conference, guests only register and pay for meals to attend with a spouse/partner.

Allow non members to register members as Guests without the members login.
We need a feature in event registrations to allow non-members to register a member as a guest without having the member logged in.

Meeting Sponsorship
It would be nice to have a way for members to register (and be billed) for sponsorship. Right now we are having to use sponsorship registration as an "event".

Do not send event announcements for full events
We set up the dates when event announcements will be sent when we first set up the event.
Often, the program fills after the first announcement. That means #2 and #3 don't need to be sent.
It would be good if there was an option (or by default) that no future announcements would be sent when an event is full.6 votes -
Event eMail Templates
Could you add the Event leader (name, telephone and email) to the macro list for event email templates. I'd like to see users who sign up to be told to "Please contact <event leader> at <event leader's phone #> or via email at <event leader's email> in the default event confirmation process. I'm aware I can add that individually for each event created.

Add event type field
Currently in WA from the event list page they are only categorized as upcoming, past, and admin. or we can search by event name. I would like to see an event type designation: Workshop, Webinar, Conference, Meetup, Networking, etc. that could also allow for reporting on events by type.

Ability to customize security aspects of {Registration_buttons} macro (warning message, auto-login behavior) in event announcements emails
Current behavior:
When an event announcement email includes the {Registration_buttons} macro
- buttons has the ability to auto login recipients
- security warning advising against forwarding the email will automatically appear in red at the topThere are some issues with this solution:
- "scary" security warning may reduce attendee engagement
- risks of having autologin link in email might not be clear enough
- there is no customization available (i.e there is no way to switch off autologin functionality and remove message)Desired behavior:
We need to find proper balance between usability and security here20 votes -
calendar event export
We're transitioning to WA from a hodgepodge of sites and used Meetup to manage our events. I'd like to see the event export functionality that Meetup and Evite have. For both Meetup & Evite, their export process is:
1) Click Export/Add to Calendar
2) Select your particular calendar (google, iCal, outlook, yahoo)
3) Click Save to save it to your calendar [for Google anyway]This is far easier and more elegant than having to download a file, find where it's saved to select it, and import. While you can save it from the event registration email, that creates a calendar…

Here is a related help article https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1516#eventsIf you want to make a mass export of your events in other calendar system, like Google calendar, then you can use integration service Integromat. We already have a preconfigured integration scenario for WA + Google calendar pair and a similar one could be easily implemented for other calendars. Here is a quick-start link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2276-copy-wild-apricot-events-into-google-calendar

Registration for event incomplete notice.
I have had people not complete the registration for an event. They fail to click on the "confirm" button. It could be bigger, perhaps, but they THINK they are done and plan to send a check rather than pay with paypal on-line. The problem is that the registration totally goes away if that "confirm" button is not clicked. Yes it should be caught by the person receiving the check or perhaps the check does not get sent.... BUT the person arrives at the conference and they are not counted in the numbers and the registration has to be done on…

Events RSS Feed should include Start and End Dates and Times.
The RSS feed for Events should include Start and End Dates/Times. This is basically unusable at this point, because the only thing surfaced is the "posting date".

Duplicate event with participants or copy registrants from another event
On behalf of a customer:
I would like to request that Wild Apricot be able to duplicate the participants off of an event because many of the times we have events that have the same group of people attending events throughout the year.18 votes -
Registration type with a drop down feature
Need a registration type that has a drop down option with charge calculation.
Examples:
1@20
2@40
3@60Another way would be:
Full package @ 275
Daily package 1 @ 155
Daily package 2 @ 170
etc4 votesEvgeny Zaritovskiy respondedFor now, you can workaround it by using “extra-cost” fields in the event registration form. See https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Extra+event+registration+costs+-+dynamic+event+pricing

Offline payments on Event Management Module
We were extremely surprised and disappointed wiht Event Management Module : While it offers the option to pay offline the user interface has just not been thought out at all. It should be a pretty easy code -fix and we are surprised it has not been done yet since it is extremely confusing and unfriendly.
If people are offered an offline payment option, you need a screen where the event organizer can give them instructions for sending a check.
Right now, Tthe registrant is brought back to a screen where the only options they have are Pay Invoice or Register…
