    It would be great for events to have default email delivery spans. This way, you could click [X] Use default email schedule, and it would schedule announcement and reminder emails accordingly.

  4. User's Time Zone Display for Events

    Time zones. We have members across 10 hours of time zones. Our events are listed as UK time and everyone gets confused. It would really help if, like many sites, the times are shown for the user's time zone

  5. Automatic check-in and qr code support for tracking food delivery

    In an event i have different food options with different price. Once someone buys one option, at the time of sering food i need to match the option and check off that the person is server. I would like an automatic process like providing a qr code with purchase and scan it at the point of service to match the option and mark it served.

  6. Event Registration - we need a feature allowing registrants to pick multiple options/fees for our conference and pre-conf.

    We have a pre-conference for a limited number of participants and then the regular conference for everyone. Each one has a fee associated with the registration. It would be helpful for a person to select both of the options and then pay both fees at the same time, instead of registering for one. Getting out and then coming back in to register for the second one.

  7. Easy for customers to cancel regisrations

    It would be nice if registrants for events could receive a confirmation email with a link where they could cancel their registration in one click.

  8. Multiple Event Rates per Registration Type

    Events - it would be helpful to be able to set two different rates for events under the same registration type -
    example: Conference Attendee Rate, $5 if registered by March 10, $15 after March 10, max # of attendees 100. This would allow the total number of attendees to be under one registration type when you have to set a limit to attendees. Thank you for your consideration.

  9. Recording Data - System Capabilities

    After opening a registration record, editing it, and saving, the system should take you back to where you were on the list. Instead they system takes you to the first registration record.   11. Registration details macro

    It would be super-awesome if there was a macro that would list out the field name and value of the registration fields. Currently, I do this manually, which is OK until I change a field name or duplicate an event and forget to update it. The {EventField_All} macro is close, but it doesn't include custom fields.
    As an added bonus, it would be nice to bold the field names in the result.

  12. Show first session only in Upcoming Events gadget

    We offer classes for homeschooling kids. I want to have several upcoming events gadgets around the website showing which classes are starting soon. But I can't do that because it shows all the sessions of a class. So if Class A starts in 1 week and Class B starts in 3 weeks, then I get a gadget full of Class A sessions and Class B never even shows up. So I have to create and continually update manual upcoming events lists on multiple pages and it's pretty tedious. I would love to see a way to show only the first…

  13. Express offline event registration, payment recording, and invoice settlement

    Admin express event registration.
    * Select the user
    * Enter the amount and number of the member's check
    * Select the registration type (offline)
    * Show a list of matching future events
    * Select events to register by checkbox
    * Show count and total cost like on member side
    * final click to register and settle the lot

    User story: A 1000 member organization recording about 8000 registrations per quarter paid by check that is transitioning from offline to online registration.

  14. New Type of Access

    We have people that are volunteers that do our check in and we would not like them to have administrative access. It would be great if they can have access to processing payments without having full administrative access or make the attendee have to do an on-site registration on their phone. It would make the process easier.

  15. Rewrite App for Monthly Repeating events

    Please create a wizard for setting up duplicate activities for the Calendar. I have 6 committees that meet monthly and I have to go in and create each one of those 70 individually. What a waste of time!

  16. Event Dev

    Creating an event is more difficult than it needs to be and the results are less than optimum.

    1 - It isn't exactly WYSIWYG. The area for an event is not shown precisely as designed when displayed live.

    2 - Because of the design constraints resulting from the system generated block of event details the content describing the event extends too far down the page forcing the visitor to scroll more than necessary.

  17. More collaborative approach to Events

    Any member of the bicycle club can easily post a ride to the event calendar, much like creating a topic on the forum.

    The ride leader would simply click a "gadget icon", enter the ride description, date and time of the event, and post it. The event would automatically send email notifications and contain a link to the forum. The email recipients and timing of the email blasts could be configured by Admin via a system or template page.

  18. Make white space available

    At times the amount of unavailable white space impedes content design. While the whole page is an issue my primary concern is the system event notification (blue box on left side - see attached image)
    It seems to me that the area for the image could be segregated leaving more space for content. As it stand now the narrow area remaining stings out content down the page - result, too much scrolling.

  19. Change Field Type in Event Forms

    I'd like to be able to update form types after the form has been saved. For example, if a field type is saved as multiple choice but then during testing we realize it should be a radio button, currently I have to create a new field and delete the old one instead of just editing the type of the existing field.

  20. Customize event emails by tags

    I would love to see an option where I can set default emails for events by the type of event (how it is tagged). For example, I could create one set of email templates for all events tagged as "classes" and another one for all events tagged as "performances."
