  1. Registration Types Should Not be Visible When Disabled

    When the Registration is Disabled, it should not show all the Registration Types on the Event list link for Public View. The blue box should not even be there anymore.

  2. Duplicsate Events

    Events (repeating): when in the Event details screen please add a "Duplicate" green buttons. Currently you have to go back to the list, or try and snag the 'Duplicate Event" from the "Edit" Dropdown. Until you finally make it possible to create repeating events AS INDIVIDUAL EVENTS (ie NOT Repeating Sessions) which I devoutly hope you will do soon for communities like ours that have up to 50 events per week which repeat regularly - from Cards to tennis, Happy Hour to pickleball.

  3. Registration limit per bundle member

    We have registration types for our events of 2,3,4 & 5 prepaid lunches. I would like to suggest that there be a setting to limit registrations per bundle member so that the group within the orginization can be limited to the amout of prepaid lunches they have on their membership. The others would have to use the $30 option.

  5. DO not display RSVP when Registration is turned off.

    When creating simple (public) events, registration is is NOT allowed by default. This is good. What's not good is that when the simple event is seen by the public inside the box where the address is displayed a bullet with "RSVP" is also displayed. This has created issues because the readers of the website think they need to RSVP. So I ask that whenever "Allow Registration" is turned off that the bulletted "RSVP" is NOT displayed.

  7. Print delegate badges from IOS APP for admins and also desktop version

    It would be fantastic to be able to print delegate badges for events in the IOS APP for admins
    It is so easy to register delegates in the app but we need the print functionality
    Also on the desktop version a direct delegate badge print option is required for advance registration

  8. Registration Type for Guests too

    The system needs to allow for choosing registration type for a guest. Currently guests pay the same price as registrants or special price. It would be easiest to handle Families using the guest feature (no repeated contact info or memberhsip, etc.).

  9. Event attendee visibility in member app

    Most of our events for which we allow registration are member-only events. I would like these two enhancements in the member mobile app:


    1. Allow members to view (but not edit) names of other members who have registered for an event.

    2. Allow mobile app users who have authenticated to select any registered event attendee and view their member profile, so they can contact them in realtime. We've had some members want to do this at an event because they weren't at their computer.

  10. Offer discounts in Events

    fields in event registration forms must allow negative values as many of the choices our members can make, will actually reduce the base price. We advertise the all-inclusive, all tax price. if they chose to take part of the package out, it is a discount. This should not be difficult. As our board is unsatisfied with this limitation on WA event registration, we will change database providers at the end of the 2019/2020 season if negative amounts are still not possible.

    Hello. I am the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers Registrar. I mange all the event postings, the registrations, cancellations and refunds. I balance accounts and am the first person most people come in contact concerning the website.
    We have people who, sometimes, register for events, then do not pay for the event. They take up a spot that otherwise might be going to a paying customer. I must monitor this manually and sometimes these registrations slip by me.
    I am wondering if it's possible to change the registration process slightly, when using the choice to PAY ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

  12. Regular Weekly Events

    :Regular Weekly Events It is SO TEDIOUS AND TIME-CONSUMING to have to duplicate and edit each one in order to avoid the mammoth list of sessions appearing on the event details. Also to allow for people when they are here. n a retired community we can't have a blanket registration for all events - people go on holidya and forget to cancel out those weeks. Plus the list of say 52 sessions takes up too much real estate. Pretty please, an option to schedule regular weekly events individually for xxx weeks ahead (say 26?)

    I would like to be able to assign more that one person email notifications for events manually.

  15. clarify when editing event email template

    I was going through a specific event and modifying emails as appropriate when suddenly I'm flipped into editing event templates without knowing it. It starts prompting me to save for current default template or for all upcoming events emails.

    Something is confusing about the process here. How I got into modifying the templates instead of the event specific emails is beyond me. I believe you need to have much clearer designation that you are editing templates rather than specific event emails. Perhaps when going into edit templates, you could pop a warning that it is a template and not an…

    This is the first time we use the Event option. In about 10 days we decide who will have a poster and who an oral presentation. I suggest marking this from within the program (list of participants), select e.g. the oral presentation, and send (just) them a targeted email (and vice versa for poster presenters). We currently have to use the export function and from there proceed manually.

  18. Simplify Event Registration Cancelations

    Please make canceling a registration by a member simpler. (This is particularly true when the event is an "advanced event.")

    The way the process is set up now, our members find the system complex. Suggestion: When the member goes into his or her profile, have an option showing there—"Cancel one of my event registrations." Then have the member directed to a list of events for which the member is registered. Allow confirmation.

  19. Event search by excluding tags

    In Admin view, or in the Wild Apricot app, I'd like to be able to filter the list of events to EXCLUDE a tag. For example, I use a tag called "customer" and I'd like to see every event that DOESN'T have that tag.

  20. Autonomous Event

    We have two autonomous Clubs loving Wild Apricot; one in New South Wales and one in Victoria (like being in Ontario and BC).
    We jointly hold an annual National event and alternate the organising and the location. I have suggested we use Wild Apricot for this but it would be just for one event a year, and just have it's own (smaller) set of contacts.
    It is already bordering on being cost prohibitive paying AUD$5,000 per year for our 2 subscriptions so wondering if there's a way to create a smaller, cheaper WA for just one event??
