Customization of Email sent during Membership Level Change workflow
When a member changes there level, the system automatically sends them an email. Since there is an option to choose "manual payment", we need to be able to add our physical address to the email.
We're currently working on customizing level change emails.

We have scenarios where members need to move to a different membership level (for instance due to age). I have no way to enforce this in Wild Apricot, so a reasonable approach is that I bulk move them. The problem is that they all receive this membership level change which looks a lot like they were renewed and billed since the program price is shown. Then I need to spend time explaining what this means and making excuses for the Wild Apricot platform. I have done extensive modification of the other email templates to match our scenarios as well as providing a professional, branded experience. This one automatic email causes me a lot of trouble as mentioned above. I know the WA team been focused on the much improved CMS, but please take this feature under request for the coming months!

I would also like the ability to customize the Member Level Change email.

We would love an opportunity to customize the email sent after a membership level change.
Just like when a member renews, we would like to thank them, and let them know about all the great stuff they signed up.
We also have admins that keep track of these emails to glean important details for other club functions. As such, we need to add customized information into the email (like renewal date, address, etc).
Thanks!

That particular thread was just a question/answer. I merged your post to the relevant wishlist request thread.

Found this post in the archives and I'm wondering why it has not been addressed and is archived. I think it's very important that we should be able to customize emails which go out to members who are upgrading their level. Thanks.

Yes, until the template is customizable please we need this info. And, once the template *is* customizable, there need to be macros we can use for both the old and new membership level.

When I as administrator receive the email informing me that a member has changed to a different membership level, I would like to know what was the old and the new level. Some membership level changes require an additional action on my part and some don't. It would save me a step if I could see immediately what the change is. Also, even when I go in to the system and look them up, I see the new membership level, but I may not be able to determine what the old level was.
My request: Add old level and new level to the changed membership level email.

This is very important. I think that the message is currently a very raw unformatted email. This should be customizable. We expect that a large number of our free members will upgrade this year. It does not make a good impression to have such a plain text standard message when they are paying to upgrade.

When a member initiates a membership level change, Wild Apricot automatically sends an e-mail message that I can not customize. I want to customize that e-mail. I also want to customize the one that is sent when the membership level change is completed. The current non-customizable messages are not good for my organization.

Can you elaborate what particular email you are referring to? (Copy-paste contents of a sample one if you have it)
The reason I am asking is that members should receive an invoice email already for level changes - and you can (and should) customize invoice email to include your address.
