  1. Indicate use of custom member renewal reminder email

    An indicator of the existence of a custom member renewal reminder email in the Membership Level Details > Renewal policy tab > Renewal reminders and actions section. See mockup.

    This would help when updating emails.

  2. Make only the bundled administrator count towards membership.

    Is there a way to make the bundled membership administrator the only one that "counts" as a member? When we, as a chamber, include even bundled members, it skews our numbers.

  3. Waitlist for Memberships

    Our club needs to maintain a waitlist for membership as we have a membership cap. The current way to work around this is to have a membership type waitlist which doesn't work very well.

    It would be nice to see a waitlist for each membership type.

  5. Default values

    I'd like to be able to put default values into membership fields that require data entry - not just those with multi-option. In othe words, if a membership field requires entering a dollar amount, I'd like to set the default to be 0 rather than have the field be empty.

  6. Add Field/Macro Showing Last Renewal Date

    Feature request: currently, the date on which a member paid for their membership is shown in system generated "Internal Use" notes in the members Contact Details page. I think it would very useful to have a dedicated field that can be used as a macro indicating the payment date the last renewal was made so such info could be merged into emails.

  7. New Applications Reminders

    Would like options to send email Reminders to New Applications that haven't paid their membership dues after X number of days and x number of times to send reminders. After certain period of time, an option to Archive the new application if they haven't paid.

    Currently we have to go into the Pending - New invoices and manually send invoices again with text reminding them of dues required.

    The Renewal works great with multiple options for reminding members of payment due, don't have the same options with New Applications.

  8. Membership Cards - Allow creation of multiple cards per family

    I would like to be able to print an individual membership card for every person in a family. Right now I am limited to only doing one card per contact. I'd like to be able to create additional cards for each additional contact in the meter profile.

  9. Dues Bi-weekly

    Our dues are paid by payroll deduction from members biweekly paychecks'. The employer sends one check with list of people who payed dues. Need a way to track these payments.

  10. Application for Joint Membership: Both Members Apply with One Application

    The process for applying for joint membership does not work well. The administrator completes the application, but there is nowhere for that person to add their partner or spouse at the time of application. After the main member has been approved, it is near impossible to get that member to add their spouse after the fact, even after I send a personal email asking them to do so. It would be so much more effective to have them add the partner at the same time and have check boxes for items that are the same, like the same address or…

  11. Make it easier for a new member to sign up as part of existing bundle / organization

    A suggestion that I would like to make now is to make it easier for a new member to sign up and be part of an existing bundle. Here is my current workflow, and the problem.

    My organization has individual members, and corporate memberships, which are bundles with 10 possible places, one being the admin.

    As it stand now, when new member signs up, and chooses corporate membership, they are assigned as a new bundle administrator and asked to pay the full corporate membership fee. There is no mechanism to have them be assigned to an existing bundle when they…

  12. Hyperlink New Members in last 7 and 30 Days to List of Members

    The membership lists include how many new members in the last 7 and 30 days, but those numbers are not linkable and thus I do not necessarily know who the new members are. Is there a way? Can those numbers in the Overview be hyperlinked to quickly see the new members?

  13. Geographic member field

    It would be great if you could develop a filter on the membership registration form, which could distinguish members by geographic area. So by postal code or ZIP code (in the U.S.). This is a feature some of your competitors offer, and we really need this feature to provide our service. Thanks!

  14. Flexibility on which contact/membership field as the official membership-holder

    Our organization is an association, so our members ARE organizations, as an entity, NOT the indviduals in the contact fields. The work-arounds for this are not working. Currently, if the official contact individual changes for that org, we either have to (a) edit all the fields around the org name to match the new contact's info and lose/archive the old contact info from our records, or (b) create a new membership and lose continuity of membership records.

  16. membership card that is only available after renewal is complete

    For membership cards would like to have a current card and a renewal card that is only available after renewal is complete.
    We put information (lock/gate access codes) on the card. The code changes each year and we do not want to allow access to the new code to someone that has not renewed.
    With the new membership cards we would have to wait until we close renewals and archived individuals who have not renewed before editing the card with new information.

  18. Display "Bundles" for all Levels on the Member List

    On the Member List Summary, the "Total" for each Level also shows "(Bundles"). Why not show ("Bundles") for the other Column Headers? "Active" "Renewal Overdue" "Lapsed" "Pending" "New in Last"

  19. membership levels invoices update

    Found a flaw
    As an admin, I can change membership level regardless of if an invoice has been generated, and I can opt to update the invoice. However, My members cannot do this from their interface. Once the system has emailed them an invoice, they dont have the option to change their membership levels and are stuck with the level reflected on their invoice. I am of the opinion that the admin should have the option to give the members the same power as the admin to update their own membership levels and update their invoices for payment.

  20. Dropdown with multiple choice functionality

    The ability to select more than one option from a drop down menu, would be a very useful feature. The alternative option available now, multiple choice field, can be an issue for long lists (eg, countries) and many multiple choice fields.

    This seems to be a common feature in other software and would be advantageous for Wild Apricot to add it.
