  1. create option on a contact page to email contact info to others

    for example, when I want to give other alumni name/address/email for another alum, i could just click a button and email it from screen.

  2. Fix 'Select event' dialogue

    Please fix the 'Select event' dialogue used for the 'Registered for specific event(s)' search criterion.

    1. Install a search box. I have almost 1,000 past events to manually scroll and scan through.

    2. If I want to add one more event to the list, when I go back to the dialogue, none of the events are checked! I have to start all over again.

  3. Field Specific Options when Merging Contacts

    When merging contacts it's suppose to keep the record you've chosen but it picks & chooses what to keep in the permanent file, specifically the date fields which are extremely important to my database.

  4. Change Balance amount field into actual searchable amount

    It would be VERY helpful if the "Balance amount" field were a Count type, allowing for search operators "Great than or equal", "Less than or equal", "Equal to" and "Not equal to".

    I want to be able to select certain membership records based on the balance amount, and use that search as basis for email.

  5. Function to duplicate fields

    This is a prime example see attached image. The primary registrant has the option to choose from these options. I want to be able to dupe the field and call it "additional registrant 1 fees", "additional registrant 2 fees", "additional registrant 3 fees" and so on. Because the additional registrant would have the ability to choose a different option other than "primary, add 1, add 2, or add 3".   6. Add additional fields to contact/save search

    Allow contacts to be searched by donation field/fund so that search may be saved in order to email donors on the status of the campaign.

    Right now, the solution is to export the list, create a field in WA, add that field to the downloaded spreadsheet and populate it, upload the data, run the search, save it, then send the email. Each subsequent donor has to be added manually by populating that field in their profile or, if there are several, performing the entire download/upload/search process again.

  10. Saved search layout is unhelpful

    When I use run a saved search the results are listed below all the criteria for the search. This means there's a bunch of space taken up by the criteria and the list starts way off the page. But surely there is no need to see the criteria by default if the search is saved? Better to have a button to open up the criteria if needed, but otherwise just get the list with no criteria showing. Make sense?

  11. One to Many

    We currently have a flat file record for each member, and a one to many for events, invoices etc. A member can attend many events. We are a not-for-profit car club, and we run around 75 events (competition events on racetracks and social events) per year.

  12. Autoincrement option on the numeric field (e.g. for bib numbers)

    Another vote for a numeric field option. I would really like to have an autoincrement option on the numeric field, with configurable start/seed value. It should be available as a contact or event field. A nice-to-have would be a range of excluded numbers.The field should be available for macro insertion in event emails.

    Our application for this would be to generate bib numbers. We have a few large events per year that would benefit greatly from such a feature.

  13. Add a field-level attribute that prevents duplicate field entry

    Add a new attribute – something like “Enforce Uniqueness” – to the Common Fields setup window. It can be grouped under the Options heading just underneath the Required Field attribute. Users can tick mark the box or leave it unchecked. Then add some type of downstream verification check, ideally at the Dropdown List Level: When the user clicks into a field’s drop down list, check to see if Enforce Uniqueness is selected on that field.   14. Verify Information Timer

    There should be an option at the contact level to ask for verification of the contact information every X days. Google does it. Yahoo does it. Facebook does it. When the user logs in the next time, it would take them to the contact information page and prompt them to "It has been a while since we've verified this information. Is this all still correct?"

  15. Select information to display at contact profile system page

    On the contact profile page (system page), there is a widget called "contact profile". You cannot hide any of the information in that widget, change of of the wording, etc. Some of it can be confusing to the members. For example, the "member since" has the date that the contact/membership was created in WildApricot. We have members that go back 50+ years. Sure, I could go and update that field, but the "member since" is not a meaningful data element to us. However, I cannot get rid of it.

    Also, the word "bundle" is not really what we call it.…

    Allow a way to organize or filter saved searches including listing the last time it was run. Additional coolness would be to allow scheduling the saved search to email the results of the search.

  18. Contacts Advanced Search by specific balance

    There is a specific request for one additional field: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/31910419-advanced-search-field-needed-latest-registration. However, admins should be able to use any of the internal fields, and not just the UI fields, as advanced search criteria. In our case, we need to build mailing lists of members with specific open balances, but {ContactBalanceAmount} is not available in Advanced Search. Furthermore, it would be nice to distinguish between members with open credit (payment) balances, those with open debit (invoice) balances and those with open net balances. Presumably, {ContactBalanceAmount} shows the open net balance.

  20. Include Events when exporting contact lists

    When exporting lists (say from a saved search or advanced search, I'd like the option to include event attendance in the CSV. Currently, I can pull a list of people who attended a number of events but once I export that list I cannot tell which of the events they attended. So right now I have to pull the list that I am actually trying to find, then a list a event attendees for each of the events and then merge, sort and dedupe several spreadsheets to get the report I am trying to get (which is largely people in…
