More robust event registration filtering in Advanced Search, for analysis, not just emailing
Reasons we need to filter by Registrations more than we are currently able:
To analyze member activity and who's pulling their share of our load, we want to know (for example) what Members have attended more than one registration event in the past three years, and which events they are. Currently we can only filter for the number of registration events, then have to look at each one to determine when and what. People who registered for events 5 years ago are irrelevant, and people who are registered for our annual dinner are also irrelevant. We need to know who…

multiple login credentials for a contact
In our business, a contact is a family. Our members are families who join our club. As many families have 2 or more adults, we have had several requests to support 1+ login credentials for the same member/contact.
In other words, the Munster family belongs to our club and both Herman and Lily have a login to the same member experience and profile, Grandpa and Eddie have logins with restricted capabilities (view only, can register for events but cannot pay).

On Contact details, move custom internal use fields up above the auto-generated system notes
Please move the internal fields up above the auto-generated Notes on the Contact details tab. I have a number of internal use custom fields that I have to scroll way down to see. It's super annoying! Would love for my custom fields to appear first. Thank you!

Contacts Directory Gadget
This would be an adaptation of the Membership Directory gadget to allow contacts to be listed. Additionally contacts would have access to a set of Privacy settings in their User Profile comparable to what members have today. A stronger user agreement or terms of service agreement might be required along with legal opt-in requirements and notifications for any contact using the system. Fix 'Select event' dialogue
Please fix the 'Select event' dialogue used for the 'Registered for specific event(s)' search criterion.
Install a search box. I have almost 1,000 past events to manually scroll and scan through.
If I want to add one more event to the list, when I go back to the dialogue, none of the events are checked! I have to start all over again.

Field Specific Options when Merging Contacts
When merging contacts it's suppose to keep the record you've chosen but it picks & chooses what to keep in the permanent file, specifically the date fields which are extremely important to my database.

Change Balance amount field into actual searchable amount
It would be VERY helpful if the "Balance amount" field were a Count type, allowing for search operators "Great than or equal", "Less than or equal", "Equal to" and "Not equal to".
I want to be able to select certain membership records based on the balance amount, and use that search as basis for email.

Function to duplicate fields
This is a prime example see attached image. The primary registrant has the option to choose from these options. I want to be able to dupe the field and call it "additional registrant 1 fees", "additional registrant 2 fees", "additional registrant 3 fees" and so on. Because the additional registrant would have the ability to choose a different option other than "primary, add 1, add 2, or add 3". Prevent members to change their first AND last names
How to prevent members from changing their names (first and last name)? Through "Contacts" we can make the field admin access only to prevent the user from entering their own names. However, this will make the name fields internal fields that can only be seen or edited by an administrator. I prefer members to see their names. When they change their names without administrators' knowledge is a big No-No! Because we have a testing system with first and last names that must be matched.
In addition, I had to set up "Current and Formerly Name (First AND Last Name)" manually…

Child fields
I have a multiple choice field called Group Participation with about 20 possible values. For each value I want to be able to assign a corresponding status field of active member or waiting member. How do I do this in WA?

Make field type limitations modifiable
I need to create registration form but the multiple choice field character limit is making it an issue. This is a terms and conditions, but we don't want to have it in a separate pdf/link - it just needs to be there for the purchaser to acknowledge. When Itried to the rules and terms only the "field instructions" had more space, but that wouldn't make sense with this.

Verify Information Timer
There should be an option at the contact level to ask for verification of the contact information every X days. Google does it. Yahoo does it. Facebook does it. When the user logs in the next time, it would take them to the contact information page and prompt them to "It has been a while since we've verified this information. Is this all still correct?"

saved search filter
Allow a way to organize or filter saved searches including listing the last time it was run. Additional coolness would be to allow scheduling the saved search to email the results of the search.

Contacts Advanced Search by specific balance
There is a specific request for one additional field: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/31910419-advanced-search-field-needed-latest-registration. However, admins should be able to use any of the internal fields, and not just the UI fields, as advanced search criteria. In our case, we need to build mailing lists of members with specific open balances, but {ContactBalanceAmount} is not available in Advanced Search. Furthermore, it would be nice to distinguish between members with open credit (payment) balances, those with open debit (invoice) balances and those with open net balances. Presumably, {ContactBalanceAmount} shows the open net balance.

Export all import errors
Want to ability to export the full list of errors after importing data so we could work with large number of errors easily

Saved search layout is unhelpful
When I use run a saved search the results are listed below all the criteria for the search. This means there's a bunch of space taken up by the criteria and the list starts way off the page. But surely there is no need to see the criteria by default if the search is saved? Better to have a button to open up the criteria if needed, but otherwise just get the list with no criteria showing. Make sense?
