An error occurred while saving the comment Question: another way to look at this is to provide a way to specify default subscription option for new members - so they automatically get subscribed without having to do anything.
E.g. there can be 'default forum subscription settings page' which would apply for new members and potentially can have an option to apply to existing users (e.g after initial import or if forums are changed around)
What do you think?

Do not worry, we would not take any unreasonable actions. And if you ever need more space, we can add extra space for a small one-time fee.

An error occurred while saving the comment Normally links to web pages use page ID which does not change when page is renamed - so old links still work. The only exception to this is if you use custom URLs - then inserted links use those and they do get broken when custom URL is renamed. Is that the situation you referred to?

An error occurred while saving the comment I would appreciate more detailed background on this - overall credentialing process. I suspect this is not uncommon among our users and if we do anything about it, it should be done right, with full understanding of the big picture.

An error occurred while saving the comment Right now, our focus is to finish the CMS redesign in version 5 so we are putting everything else aside. Once we release it in the summer, we will review and tackle accumulated requests. We will post updates in relevant threads.

An error occurred while saving the comment In this scenario I would suggest not to copy the event but create new one from scratch.
From what I have seen, the biggest benefit of copying people get is from:
1) registration types
2) Event-specific customized announcements and/or reminders
About dates - we were not able to figure out how to automatically and transparently change all the dates when copying - I would appreciate ideas in this regard.

An error occurred while saving the comment After an internal discussion we realized that this is no a simple change and there is a variety of scenarios. So it's not something we can jump in and change quickly - but we would appreciate votes/comments/insight from other users - it would be of great help.

(Since Wild Apricot renewal process does not have an option to change level)

An error occurred while saving the comment Also, FYI - one thing we have in our pipeline is full tracking of all outgoing emails per contact (email blasts as well as automatic emails). I think this is closely related to what is being suggested - but I understand that you are also suggesting to track other interactions/actions and follow-ups (e.g. phone calls)

As far as I understand, we are talking about displaying local Outlook data filtered by a specific recipient email.
I have not come across this kind of functionality before. I can imagine this is possible in IE via ActiveX objects (and probably would require some installation/security settings to allow for a webpage to interact with Outlook) - but I have no idea if this can work in other browsers.

An error occurred while saving the comment There is no timeline for this sorry - I would say it's not likely to be looked at in 2011 as it is unfortunately below many other requests in terms of # of requests.

Let me draft something for the sake of discussion - please comment on this:

Total event registrations: XXX (basically invoices corresponding to event registrations
Online payments: YYY (invoiced and collected. Abandoned payments would not be included anywhere)
Manual payments invoiced: ZZZ (XXX = YYY+ZZZ)
Payments collected: AAA
By tender:
tender 1: A1
tender 2: A2
...
A1+A2+...=AAA
Payments still outstanding: BBB (AAA+BBB=ZZZ)
An error occurred while saving the comment The thing is that in the old system there was no clear cut distinction between revenue (income, invoices) and cash inflows (payments). Now there is clear distinction. Event payments report (I agree the name should be changed) is based in event registrations.
So can you elaborate - maybe type up a quick sample of what exactly do you want to see? Income (based on who has registered) or cash received (based on payments received - full or partial).
An error occurred while saving the comment OK, I think I know what you mean. I was talking about Finances/Payments report and I think you are talking about Event/Payments report - a different thing altogether, sorry about the confusion.
Unfortunately that one displays payments by registration type, not by payment tender. I split this out into a separate thread. Please describe what do you ideally need and how it would be used.
An error occurred while saving the comment System does display the totals for each tender so I am still not clear on what is the problem.
Can you email us at tech support with an example of what you are seeing and what is missing? (Notice: if you do not have any online payments, there will be no line and thus no total for online payments)
An error occurred while saving the comment The new payments report gives you a breakdown by payment tender - Online/manual and by custom tenders. So I do not think you have lost anything, I think the reconciliation will become much easier because with custom tenders you can separate checks from cash from discounts etc.

Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.

I would appreciate some examples of what might go into such a footer.
Also, can you elaborate - what do you see as advantages of having a separate footer instead of including a desired footer in every email? Is it about the enforcement of including a specific standard footer?

An error occurred while saving the comment I wonder if this really requires special functionality - to me it seems that it would be enough to include this restriction into level description.
If people chose to ignore it and apply anyway, date of birth field would not stop them - they would simply enter fake date.
Anyone else, thoughts?
I totally agree with your point about the usefulness of seeing a particular person's posts (And I would appreciate if you could create a thread on this) - but this thread is about something else, about seeing people who signed up to receive email notifications about a particular forum.
