Customize event attendee list - both public and admins sides

Is it possible to customize what information is shown on the Registered attendee list that people can click on in event registration?

Specifically for our purposes, our trade show exhibitors can apply for their booth space through the event registration system. Rather than date and name, I'd like the list to show company name, products and website.

Thank you!

We post events with multiple types of registrants, e.g. leaders, first-aid-qualified participants, students, instructors. We would like the option to show registrant what type the other registrants have selected.

I would like to see the ability to customize the registrant list in Events. I am referring to the one the public can see. I imagine a lot of people using WA would rather the registrant's name and company/organization be shown. I don't think the date they registered is of interest to anyone, other that administrator(s).

We would also like to customize the user info on the Registered Attendee list that all users see to add in all or part of their addresses so that attendees can arrange rides, etc.

For my members the most important thing is to see profile photos/avatars next to the names. Having photos makes it much easier to see who's going and also easier for organizers to find people when they show up.

Also, it would be so much easier if the registrants list was on the event details page. That way there's no need to click in a different page. It could even go down the left side of the page so people don't have to scroll too far to see all the attendees.

For vast majority of my events, the list of registrants is less than 10, so a member can see all that information with one glance. They won't need to click into the registrants list, and then click on a member to see who they are and what they look like.

Our members want to check who has registered, not when. Surely an alphabetical list or a search box is achievable

We run several events that begin in the spring and end in the fall. One of the registration types is to register as a sub so you can fill in for someone else that can't make it. Because subs come and go, we need to continually run a sub list for each event. It would be really great if people could look at the participant list on demand. I was going to add a saved search to the website, but didn't see a way to do that. In any case - however participants can be able to view the participant list would be very helpful to us and save us lots of time in running and re-running reports to try to keep up with the changes.

Having the ability to see the registration "type" would be great. We have figured out a "work around" for registration, but when we can't see it on the public site it makes it difficult for our callers to know information, and we don't want to add them as ADMIN.

I've set up my first event and this is exactly what I need!!!!!!! It will make my event much more relevant to my members if they can see more information about other attendees!!!!! Please add this capability soon!

I would like to be able to add/change the fields that are displayed on my Registrant List page for an Event. I have people registering for an Alumni Day-- I would like the Registrant list to show the person's name AND their Class. That way others who view the list can see who in their Class is attending. I'd also like to be able to choose to sort the listing one either register date, name, class, or other field of my choosing. If I could get into the HTML perhaps I could update it myself but I can't see how to get into the HTML.

Our members and leaders are asking for this. Main interest is to display the attendee's organization. But photo would be great for members too!

We would like to add Title and Company Name to the Registered Attendees List.

Maybe this could be controlled via the privacy settings?

I agree. Pictures.. additional data... ability to sort vatlrious ways are all important to registrants.

It would be great if you allowed the event registration page to display the photos/pics of all the registrants who are coming to the event. This is an important feature IMHO.

I run a 3,400+ member networking group (and growing). I've found on another site that I use for the group currently--but I'd really like to use WA instead!--having the photos displayed when people register for events not only allows me and others to recognize members when I see them at the event itself (which is always a nice personal touch), but far more importantly: IT OFTEN GETS OTHERS TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT IF THEY CAN SEE WHO ELSE IS COMING.

A list of names without faces is not really all that helpful. We live in a very visual and image-oriented society these days where a picture really is worth a thousand words--especially when people don't have as much time to read like they used to. Why do you think photo-sharing sites like Instagram and many others became so popular? People want to see pics! And photos of event attendees at the point of registration are important.

Other sites have this functionality, so why can't WA? When I've spoken to others in my group about possibly transitioning to WA, this has turned out to be an important consideration that has made me hesitant about doing so. Are there any plans to add this? It can't be that tough to do since other sites have had it for years. It would be very helpful.

In our case adding the registration type name to the public event attendee list would be tremendously useful.

Provide functionality to manage the registrant data for an event so that the Registrant list on the Registration page (see attached file) can include additional fields of data (such as grad year). This information would be helpful in promoting events as prospective attendees would be able to more easily identify people they know with additional fields of data. It would also be helpful if the list was sortable and displayed more than 10 records at a time.

On the Event Registrations list that is viewed by public to be able to see the name of the company, and a Membership level
We have meeting facilitators around the country who need this information and they are not site administrators
