For me personally, this a great suggestion and I’ve been thinking about it for long time myself. Ideally, I’d really like completely redesign our membership levels to concurrent subscriptions model. Subscription gives you access to some information or provide privileges. There can be multiple ways of buying it – e.g. for a year or two, recurring or not, etc. Altogether, subscription-based model is very robust and easy to understand. Please, vote!

I also have two memberships that are age dependent. It would be nice to have the ability to limit them.
Thanks!

This was posted over a year ago. It seems like this would be easy to implement? Please consider it as it would make personalizing members experience much easier! Thanks!

I have merged several similar suggestion together – they all about previewing various site functions from members perspective. For example, wen pages, registration and application forms, etc.

We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now - Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level - For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications: - Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…Natasha S. supported this idea ·

Hello, thanks for the feedback and support of this idea.
We’re currently working on the text messaging service connected with your Wild Apricot account.
The new service will allow you to send the text message to the specific contact or send the campaign to the group of contacts. It will cover the typical scenarios like reminders for members, updates for event attendees, follow-ups with email non-openers, etc.
We’re going to start providing the service for customers in US and Canada and later consider other countries, like AU and UK.
More updates to come soon! Thanks again for your support!

Each customer can only be a member of one membership level. I have several customers that are members of different levels but must enter them separately, with separate log-ins. This gets confusing and frustrating for customers.
Have the ability to check them into different levels simultaneously.
