  1. My business is for-profit. What tools do you have for me?

    Everything I read from WA -seminars, webinars, summit - are all geared toward non-profits. How many of your customers are for-profit? My organization is, so I always feel like the non-profit webinars might be irrelevant to me. Are you missing a whole niche like my business who isn't non-profit?

    We do have a number of for-profit orgs. using Wild Apricot. I’m afraid I do not know the exact number.

    Good point about perhaps expanding the scope of our content to serve for-profit needs.

  2. Change waitlist default setting for collecting attendee info

    Wait List: currently has setting at event level for 3 options for collecting attendee info. Default is name/email. I would prefer default to be collect all registration info. When you move someone to the event from Wait List, you need all the info anyway, so just collecting name/email is not that useful. AND if you fail to change the setting on every registration type, it also fails to collect all info. At minimum the Event level setting should make all registration types default to the same setting as the event. We have had major issues with having to re-register wait…

  3. Integrate with Stripe payment processor

  4. Formatting HTML

    I like to format my HTML to a greater degree than you do. My formatting doesn't "stick," however. So my suggestion is to allow my formatting to remain, if it does not violate any HTML rules.

  5. Test emails are very slow

    When I am drafting emails, I want to send a test email to my address to check the links, proofread, and circulate to others for content approval.

    I find that the test emails take an inordinate amount of time to be delivered - sometimes not until the next day. Test emails should be prioritized so that they are delivered as quickly as possible so that the drafting process doesn't take too long.

    This issue was fixed a few months ago. Have you noticed any delays in sending test email during the last couple of months?

  6. filter by gift date on donation list (for exporting)

    I do acknowledgments via mail merge and I send donations reports to my treasurer. Right now I export donations (ALL OF THEM) because there doesn't seem to be a way to filter by date for this week or this month or any custom period. I spend a lot of time filtering by custom fields and removing old gifts. This seems like a basic thing. Is it there and I am missing something?

  7. Pivacy Policy / Terms of Use

    Since a Privacy & Terms of Use Policies are required on websites, it would be great for WA to provide a basic template for those who create a website via your software, to have one provided for them. This way they don't have to go looking around, or hiring someone to create one.

  8. Update slideshow gadget so that it works on mobile

    Would be great if the built-in slideshow gadget worked on mobile devices. On my iPhone 6, only the first image of the slideshow is shown. Is this a known issue?

  9. mobile app for admins to access wait list

    We need the mobile app to allow admins to access and use the waitlist functions. We often have waitlists so a cancellation by itself isn't sufficient. We need to see who's next on the waitlist and add them as a registrant, THEN cancel the other one.

  10. can't scroll in edit mode?

    is it me or my computer? When I go into edit mode in any theme, I am unable to scroll down the page with my mouse but only edit right where I am. If I can scooch over to the right or the left of the gadget, to where there is blank space, then I can scroll. When not in edit mode, scroll works fine.

  12. Provide a dedicated Tender for Square payments

    Provide a dedicated tender for Square payments: “Online payment (Square)”. (I have to go through all the square payment transactions and manually change the tender just so that I can use the “tender” value to limit a display or export to only Square transactions.)

    Starting the 3.2 version of the admin app, all payments via Square POS get a special tender automatically.

  13. Ability for the admin to set/ change “not attending” invitees event status.

  14. Dashboard with graphics for total members per group

    We have to report out via graphs to show membership levels to our executives. The system has no dashboard to show graphics of levels of membership.

    IE: 52 members with a bar graph for Veterans Group. 25 members are in Wichita, 22 members are in Miami.

    Need a Graph to show who is where and total levels of membership. You might have one group that is scattered across the world. We cannot see that in this system yet.

    Simple bar graphs or digital dashboard.

  15. FieldValues array with proper keys

    When using the FieldValues array currently the array has to be iterated to find the proper value you wish to access. It would be better if FieldValues array had properly named keys (maybe the SystemCode?) rather than just indexed keys.

    Currently we use this PHP code to iterate an array each time we look for a particular value, and it's not really an ideal or very readable:

    // Using ternary operator to test for NULL date values using $condition ? $trueVal : $falseVal

    foreach($contactResult[FieldValues] as $x => $x_value) {
    

    // iterate the FieldValues array
    // echo "Key=" . $x .…

    API is already used by hundreds of organizations, so we can’t just change data structures in existing API. Please use solution suggested by Alex Sirota.

  16. Prevent Accidental Large-Scale Archiving

    Our membership director has accidentally archived hundreds of membership records twice in the last two months. I'd like a feature to prevent large-scale accidents. Perhaps an extra step or an extra privilege setting to archive more than a few records at one time.

    i often get kicked out while doing an email and even though it says auto saved, it did not. Would love to have a button to save as we go along and not rely on auto save for emails

    Done long ago. There is now a ‘save’ link in a top left corner of the email wizard.

  19. Remain within current contact financials upon deleting an invoice or payment. Is this a bug?

    For various reasons, there are times which arise when an invoice or payment needs to be deleted. It frustrates us that each time we delete an invoice or payment within a particular contact's financial transactions, we are consistently redirected out to the global financial page for invoices or payments, respectively.

    If we are editing financials at the contact level, we should be returned to that contact's financials alone. More often than not, there are still other tasks to perform within the contact. It takes a lot of unnecessary extra steps to get back to where we…

  20. Show the actual color next to "automatic" color and styles

    Color and styles : rather thank just showing "automatic", actually show the color was well. it would make locating the background or text color in the web pages much easier to edit.
