  1. Online Store Report / Download orders

    We need reporting capabilities of items sold from the store. We can report on the invoices, but not at the item level.

    Right now, all we get is an email with the order items and quantities. Keeping track of inventory involves reading through emails and adjusting order-by-order.

    Good news! We have implemented exporting online store orders in latest 7.20 release. Just press Export button on order list and here you are

    Alongside with export, we have added filtering of order list by order status, date or buyer – this will help to narrow down your list and export file.

  2. Automate SSL Certificate

    LET'S ENCRYPT SSL Certificate should be part of the Custom Domain Mapping process.

    There is no reason for this not to be automated. The concept of having to send an email when their API is so simple feels like the Web early-2000's ;-)

  3. Show RSVP Counts in Mobile Admin App

    Change the Admin Mobile app to show RSVP counts including registrations recorded by administrators. Currently the V3.0 app shows counts only based on emailed replies i.e.
    - Yes
    - Maybe
    - No's
    - No reply

    This will allow RSVPs that have been given through other means to be counted e.g. verbally. It also enable apologies signalled in advance to be recorded before the invitation email is sent.

    It will also make it consistent with the browser view.

  4. Participation in election/poll. List who voted but not how

    For election purposes, it would be helpful to see if a member has voted. Do not need to know what there was selection was for, but of the members listed to have access in a given group, highlight their name if they participated in the election. As of right now I can only guess who voted in our test poll/election

  8. Default standard opening and closing HTML code for emails and email templates

    Why? So we don't have to add
    <div style="margin-left:5px;margin-right:5px;">
    to the start of every email. 1. It's a pain in the butt to do it, and 2. It's way too easy for naive editors to remove it.

    The reason for needing this margin is because, otherwise, WA emails run right up to the edge of a mobile screen, making it look unprofessional (NO other comparably formatted email in my inbox runs right to the edge), look like it was cut off, and unappealing to the eye.

    The default code should be specifiable for opening and closing of the HTML section,…

    As far as I understand your request, you want to insert unclosed html tags in the begining of the email and then close it at the end. Such behavior will not allow the rest of the email to render, so we can’t allow that.

    However the new email editor has default margins (20px), so content on mobile screens will not stick to the edges.

  9. Virtual / digital products

    We would like to sell online products, all of them accessible using a URL.
    This means to have a place (a directory) where to store the virtual products and the online store will supply, upon receiving the money, the necessary grant to the purchased product.

    Happy to announce, that with the version 7.17 release we added the support of digital products to Online Store module.
    You can sell attach a digital file or provide a URL linking to a hosted file or virtual meeting.
    Once a digital product order is paid, it is automatically fulfilled and an email with a link to the digital product is automatically sent to your buyer.

    Captured feedback: We have a set sales tax for products; however, taxes do not apply to our internationally shipped orders.

    Need the ability to set sales tax for online store. Probably support different tax schemes.

  11. Product variants (e.g. multiple sizes)

    Captured feedback:
    Having no variant capability renders the product useless to me. Without variants capability I have to set a different product for each sizes. And that's absurd.

    WA store seems easy to use, and will be awesome once the ‘size’ and ‘colour’ options are available.

  12. Delivery / Shipping scenarios

    Need to have the function to add shipping charges example a $15 charge for express shipping and then $5 extra per item that gets added. But also an option for free shipping if it was purchased on site at an event.

  15. API doesn't escape quote characters in JSON output

    Using the API browser and obtaining a list of events, the browser returns invalid JSON if the event name contains a quoted string. For example, if the event name is "Merchant of Venice" Discussion, the JSON string for the event name is:
    "Title": ""The Merchant of Venice" Discussion",
    This is invalid JSON. The embedded quote characters need to be escaped: \"

    The API browser is a tool to check an overall format of the API requests and responses. It could be uncertain in some minor cases. For receiving a raw data you could send requests to the API directly.
    In this particular case, the API browser removes a ‘\’ symbol before quotes.

  16. Acess to Online Help

    Don't make it so hard to get to the online help. The only way I could see to get to online help was to click on Academy and scroll to the bottom of the page.

    I find it really unhelpful that you can't now go directly to the full Help screens when you click on the Support symbol. All it gives you is the FAQ's and ticket requests.

  19. Export email failures and delivered information to Excel

    It would be nice to be able to export (email log) results for failures and delivered emails. Then I would be able to provide information on WHO received, opened and clicked on an email. This would help with getting 'failures' fixed too.
