Maintain border and margin formats for photos in emails
When I format pictures with margins and borders they look fine in the edit mode of emails, but when they arrive at the inbox they disappear, allowing the photo to touch the text that wraps around it. Fix that, please.

push notifications of membership requiring admin approval
An automatic (pushed) notification to Admin when new members join and require approval would be VERY useful: it would help prevent inadvertent delays in approving members.

Photo Album
I just setup a photo album. It would be great if the album worked with a folder in Files. Put photos in the folder and they are automatically added to that album. Photo album also takes the name of the folder.
5 votesWhich launched a new Photo Gallery gadget with the latest 7.14 version. You can use a folder from the File system with images to show photos as a gallery.

Advanced search of non-members
Hi I'd like to be able to do an advanced search on non-members. I'd like to be able to look for those non-members whose emails are bouncing so I can delete them off our contacts database (and free up some space).

Use Affinipay usb swiper
When we signed up for WA payments, Affinipay gave us a usb based swiper to connect to our computer. It would be great if we could integrate it to our website so in-person payments can be taken.

The ability to send out a text message to your membership and/or contacts through the system. A push for members to renew, event reminders, the ability to include a link if they need to vote on a matter.

Charging with saved payment details
Implement AffinPays cahrging with saved payment details feature: You can store customer credit card and bank account details for future use, such as scheduled billing or re-populating form fields following a rejected transaction due to validation errors. After you create a saved card or bank, you can create a charge with a saved card.

Number of registrants
Registration and ticket purchases. We have had so much trouble with this feature. We really like the set up but about 10% goof it up and do not realize they are the first registrant and the box is for additional registrants. So, they enter the total in the box and they get to the next page and it charges them for an addition person. Out of a hundred it has happened at least ten times. It's a major problem and a major hassle. They email us and tell us the system tried to overcharge them. We have to cancel the…

Update the registration pop-up for RSVP events to indicate "Additional" guests.
so the registrar doesn't include themselves as a guest and create a duplicate counts. This is happening way too often for events where RSVP is critical.

Customizing Emails
We need to be able to modify our emails the same way we can modify our websites. The templates are a good start, but we should be able to add or remove sections (columns) and include dividers. I don't like being confined to a template... my newsletters have a lot of content and I don't want it to read like a long email. I want it to look like a constant contact email. This might be a deal-breaker as our emails are one of the most important elements of our organization.

There should be a tutorial THAT'S EASY TO FIND that explains how to tailor forms to include all needed fields for an oranigzationsl members.

Affinipay Mobile Payments
Allow Wild Apricot Payments/Affinipay to integrate with the Affinipay mobile swiper. Currently to receive mobile payments we need to log into the Affinipay App, and then manually mark an invoice as paid in Wild Apricot.

Content revision control
revert to earlier version of a page or post
WordPress provides revision tracking of pages and posts. It is possible to revert to an earlier version of the content. I revert content maybe once a year. It would be comforting to have this capability in WildApricot.1 voteAlready presented as ‘Changes history’ functionality.

Enable Email html to embed iFrame content
We use services like SMORE to send out professional newsletter structures. Email function should allow <iFrame> embedding in emails.

Restricted access for online store feature
Currently our organization is implementing the online store feature and wanted to give restricted access to one individual to post products and oversee the daily operations of the store. However, under the present setup full access must be given to the individual. Having the ability to restrict access only to the store function would greatly enhance overall system security as currently available for membership, website, donations and events functions. This is something badly needed for security sake.

Free-text answer / Open-ended question
Polls are great for structured questions, but in the annual awards we run they start with an open 'nominations' process, where a free-text input is required. The current option for 'other' doesn't really work for us in that scenario and I'd really like to be able to keep members within Wild Apricot rather than have to go and use Survey Monkey or something. Polls
Currently the polls are not useful if they are multiple related question. For example, how likely would you be to attend combined with what time do you prefer the event and what day is best. I did this type of poll and I can't see the respondent that say they are likely to attend and the day and time preferred. Therefore, the poll doesn't work.
Suggestion:
Allow for an identifing key (not necessary to have the user ID) to algin the responses to all questions together. This would enable me to see the likely to attend and the day/time to…5 votesThe ability to setup the collection of individual responses was added with 7.14 version.

Support for .odt (Open Office) file storage
THe system will not let me save OpenOffice format files in the file store (.odt extensions) - this seems odd as it does allow MS Word files (.doc) which are similarly unusable in a browser, and .odt is an open standard...
