Mobile App Upgrades
In the future, is there a way to restrict the membership directory based on the membership level? Our organization has two types of membership levels (paid and non-paid)...we would like for our member directory to have access to the membership directory via mobile app...however, for people who sign up for a free membership, we would like to restrict their access to the membership directory.

member app - show registration list
While viewing My Tickets or an Event, would like to have the registered member list show. This works on the website, so we would like it on the Member App.

Optimal Mobile App Enhancements
I think the Members Mobile App would be optimal when the following enhancements are implemented.
1. Add a Donations button
2. Add the Online Store
3. Give members the ability to see their payment and donation history
4. Give members the ability to see their purchase history from the Online Store
5 Give members the ability to print invoices, receipts
6. Give members the ability to see emails sent to them as well as the ability to delete them
7. Give Admin the ability to add specific page(s) from their website for viewing4 votes -
Mobile Member QR scanning
I like the QR scan capability of the admin app, but I don’t like it being limited to the admin mobile app because the person using it ALSO has access to edit all member information, and many other parts of the Wild Apricot account. We really don’t want to be authorizing all of our leaders to have such access to the WA account, when all they are doing is checking event registrants into the event. That’s entirely too risky for us. They could easily go into their account or the account of another and change the financial settings, for example.…

Display the contact's photo on the mobile Event Check-In page.
This would be very helpful when our greeters are approached by new members for event check-in. They wouldn't need to ask for the member's name if they could see the photos for all the registrants on the check-in page.

Mobile App for Members. Enable switching to the landscape mode.
Please make it so that when members are using the Mobile App for MEMBERS that it can be oriented both horizontally & vertically. Currently the app for Members does not rotate to horizontal. If you can make the Mobile App for Admins rotate why not do it for the Members App? Thank you.

Mobile App: Registration Types & Availabilities
For events displayed in the Mobile App, the registrations types are not sorted in the same way as the desktop version.
Additionally, all registrations types are displayed regardless of their availability. This makes for a confusing experience for users.
At this stage we would probably not use the mobile app for event registration because of this.

Facility Use Check in/Sign in - Mobile App
I'd like to see the mobile app be able to be used to check-in to the facility. When a member arrives to use the facility, they would tap a button on the mobile app that would allow them to sign in, with any family members also in attendance, and have the record date and time stamped with their membership number. This is separate from events.

Mobile app: creating and editing email blasts
All the updates that you all have been adding are great. I love the app as an admin on our account. It really helps on the fly. The only this that it's missing to the capability to compose and email or edit a draft using the mobile app. This would help when events need to be cancelled last minute or announcements need to made quickly to members. Please consider adding the email drafting and edit feature to future updates to the app. :)

If you need to send email to attendees, that is completely possible. Just open related event and in the top right corner press button with dots. Then in popup menu pick “Email registrants”.
At the same time creating general purpose emails from scratch is not supported yet.

Member app. Member details. Add an ability to call using any phone like field
Currently, the call button doesn't appear unless the member has a home number entered. Lots of our members don't have if provide home numbers. Can this icon be changed to first listed number?
Or better still, move the icon down to the rhs of any number(s) provided?

Mobile admin app - Add a rich formatting editor for the Description field
To edit the Description field from the Mobile admin app, the text contains the font and format tags. This is not user friendly, especially for a non-techie.

App Login Enhancement—multiple sites
Suggestion for the Wild Apricot app: I have three Wild Apricot websites that I access from the app. Currently it retains ONE login email address only. Adjust it so it can recall several email addresses; maybe a drop down list of email addresses used for Admin login.
An option to "Remember passwords" associated with each email would be the. Icing on the cake.4 votes -

I wish that TouchID was enabled. I use random passwords and a
password manager so I always have to do multiple steps to log in.

Mobile App - View Membership Status when Viewing event registrants
We need to be able to check-in registrants and also view their membership status at the same time. This way, we can gather payments for membership dues at the event.
Currently, I have to check-in registrants and then visit their profile to view their status. There are many screens to visit before locating their status (if they have renewed or are still pending).

Privacy violation
We have to have the ability to protect the ID of minors. In Events, mobile app, all levels of administrator have access to at least SEE private info that puts minors at risk. This is a serious violation of the privacy act. When a member joins, the info includes the names of their children who may use the archery range (for example). The only way to manage an event is to give the Event manager admin read only rights, which Also exposes private information of every members family, including minors, addresses, phone numbers & email addresses. Menu Buttons on Mobile Device
Include buttons for all main and secondary menus on mobile devices.
Our website viewed on a mobile device has three bars that intend to indicate a menu. However, we often get feedback that many do not know this and they can’t find resources, news, events, about us, etc. on our site.
We have 7 buttons in our main menu. We also have 7 buttons in our secondary menu. Only the secondary menu buttons appear on mobile devices. The main menu is not shown and is replaced by three bars.

Member Oriented Mobile App Page
You need two separate your admin mobile app and member mobile app pages. My members are confused by seeing both because you're still advertising Wild Apricot as a service. I want to point them to a page that is member focused.
Some of my elderly members get confused when I point them to your https://www.wildapricot.com/mobile-app page because you have "Try It Free for 30 Days" emblazoned in the menu. Even though you state that the mobile app is free, they see the big yellow button and then ask me if they have to pay for the app after 30 days.

Call fields
I notice in the app that the primary phone field (a system field) can be used to call the member. I would like to be able to set a field as a call field as we have Alternate Phone as well.
