Hide Custom Event Fields
Event Custom Fields - add the ability to “hide” custom fields from the Registration Form. This would allow options that have “Sold Out” to be removed from the form but still allow the data to be retained and reported.

Calendar/Event "Repeat" Function
Greetings Developers~
One feature we have really needed is calendaring...We are a Church/Spiritual Center who has a prayer ministry. Our "members" sign up for 2 our shifts 1x a month to receive prayer requests. We have shyed away from using WA for this feature because it would mean to create individual events for at least 15 sessions a day, 365 sessions a year that occur annually. This would mean creating 5475 events, which we would be willing to do...if there was a function to click repeat "annually" but right now we would have to duplicate the 5475 events every year.…

Event Attendee Check-in
I think it would be good to have a QR Code process integrated into the event check-in. Once an individual registers they receive a confirmation page with a QR Code for their registration. That QR Code is used to check them in and it updates the database as to who has checked in.

event - allow people to make event payments after event.
let people pay events 1-2 days after... W e have many instances where people wan tto pay after event that needs to be done outside system.

Notify registrants with Event cancellation
Event cancellation.
You should have a tab to select that allows to cancel the event and auto generate an email (template that you can edit) to all who registered.

Default email routing in Event settings
Automatically check "Copy emails according to email routing settings" by default similarly to Organization contact in Event settings instead of having to check it every time

Tags improvement
Event tags are too easily added by anyone setting up an event (BBQ, cookout, kitchen,etc) Having them pre-setup in preferences, so that event creators (select not add) from a system list would correct this. We currently have over 50 tags and cannot delete them without going back thru previous events and removing errant superfluous tags.

Event Guests - Split into Adult and Child where pricing can be different
Split Guest field into two... make it "Adult" Guests and "Child" guests where pricing can be different... Even Better, it would be great if you made these into organization defined fields to use where we have control. i.e Adult Guests:30$, Kids 5-12: 10$ and Babies 5 and under: Free... Most Organizations have to deal with families. :)

Custom fields expire independent of event registration expiration.
It is common when holding events to have the purchase or ordering of some aspects of an event to close before overall registration of the event. For example, we offer T-shirts to be ordered with each registration, but the T-shirt orders must be submitted to our vendor two weeks prior to the event. Another example are tickets for our banquet. It would be very helpful if we could set an expiration date for custom fields that is separate from the expiration of the overall registration. Thanks

Event email menu cutoff
The event email menu should be available until event close - date and time, instead of having to postdate the event, sending the email, then correcting the event date.

auto populate guest registration if existing members
When a person registers for a Trip it auto-populates their information, but when they go to try and add a “guest” it requires them to complete all the information even if they’re a current member or in our contact database. The way it’s set up now a member can register themselves and add a guest without the guest being a member, which we do not allow. It requires someone to go in and manually review the guest registration to make sure they’re a member.

Calculate values with Macros
The ability to calculate numeric Marcros like a "forumla"
Example: ({Finances_PaymentSettledAmount} * .60)
So if the amount was $100, the above statement would display $60.
This way we could show proper amount for discounts, or portion of payment that is tax-exempt directly on receipt.2 votes -
Auto generated email for non participants who registered
We started having a reoccurring problem with people registering for events and then not cancelling nor showing up. It would be REALLY convenient to be able to send out an auto email for those that registered, but not attended. So that way they know that we were aware they registered and did not attend. I really like the feature for auto emails for when people register saying they are confined, and when someone cancels. This would take it a step further and would be greatly appreciated and super convenient. Thank you

Link Registration Button Externally
Can you add an option to the Simple Event form where it does not require the presence of a registration button or where we can link that button to an external web address? Sometimes we simply need to promote someone else's event (i.e, chapter, partner, etc.)

Promo Code for Events
We should be able to just create and give out Promo Codes for Event Registration. For example, give a special code like 25OFF for 25% off registration for people in a special promotion.
However, the only current way to do this is a separate registration type, which is clunky, makes a separate list of registration type and makes it not a "secret" anymore that there are promos.

Registration Types Should Not be Visible When Disabled
When the Registration is Disabled, it should not show all the Registration Types on the Event list link for Public View. The blue box should not even be there anymore.

You Have buttons for Downloading "Contacts" lists and for downloading "Registration" List why not Events list ????Such a button exists for "Contacts list" and for "Registrations List

Delay Payment When Registering for Events
When setting up an Event, allow payment at the time of registration or X days before the event. If we are holding an off-site event and need 30 days advance notice of headcount, some individuals will not register until a couple of weeks out as they do not want the charge sitting on their credit card for weeks before the event.

Registration limit per bundle member
We have registration types for our events of 2,3,4 & 5 prepaid lunches. I would like to suggest that there be a setting to limit registrations per bundle member so that the group within the orginization can be limited to the amout of prepaid lunches they have on their membership. The others would have to use the $30 option.
